Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I almost never write reviews, but today I was eating a wrap from this location. Took my first bite and pulled a LONG black hair out of my mouth. Spit the food out. In the pile I spit out, another hair. I unfolded my sandwich to look at it, AND FOUND ANOTHER HAIR. I am so upset and feel sick while writing this. With the amount of hair in my food, it almost felt like it was intentionally incorporated.

I ordered my order 15 minutes before getting there. My order was not ready. The girl that has long hair was sitting with customers chatting. The guys in the back were just standing there. They usually have good staff but the ones that are working Monday afternoon are terrible especially that girl. If you have cameras please watch her. I left and she went back to sit with the customers/friends on the table. They were out of strawberries. They could have called to see what I would like to substitute with. I bought two drinks one was avocaldo that has no strawberries and was not done.

Very poor customer service at this location. One of the young ladies locked the door at 6:40pm to prevent more customers from entering? This location closes at 9pm. One of the other customers had to unlock and open the door to let additional customers in. Definitely would not recommend this location.

Place closes at 9 They lock the doors at like 840 I knocked on the door at 845 told the girl working you don't close yet She opened the door made my smoothie and got soooooo mad I even tipped her but right now she looka like she wanna kill me lol She slamming things Side eying me I mean come on at least wait until 5 minutes before not 15 minutes before

Went in around 7:30pm wasn’t greeted and worker was complaining to herself. Was given my smoothies, one had no cap and the worker coughed on it then game me a cap. I went outside ready to throw it away bc I was disgusted. However, my boyfriend politely went in to ask for a new one. Then the same worker acused me of being an anti Vaxer and went on to say I was stupid, etc, and denied coughing on when she didn’t even make the fort to cover her mouth or anything. Very unhygienic and rude worker, she shouldn’t be handling peoples food or be anywhere near a front desk

The last few times I've place an order through the app wayyyy ahead of time they haven't gotten the order or still wait till the last literal second to make the order so I get there and still have to wait behind other people who just ordered. Usually I don't mind but today this happened and I waited while they made my order after claiming they didn't get my order (again) and drove back to work with my stuff only to taste my smoothie and have it taste like nothing but ice and a little ginger. If you're going to rush to get an order out at least make sure you don't do it poorly. I would've waited the two extra minutes for my $8 worth of food to at least taste decent, now I've got a watered down smoothie and a freezing cold sandwich 😡😡😡😡
