Burger King

Every time I come to this location my food is always fresh and my order is right. And when I go in the mornings the manager is always polite as working to make sure no one has a long wait. This has become my favorite burger king, you know how you can be out and about and pass like 10 burger king but refuse to go to other ones because you know it won't be the same.... Yup just this one.

I have gone to this Burger King several times and always had good service and enjoyed the food. However, that was not the case a couple days ago when I went there. I ordered 2 whopper meals with the 6.99 coupon to go. When I got home, I noticed that the whopper was tasting funny, so I examined it and discovered that the bun was burnt black as charcoal on the inside. I will look at the sandwich before I pull off for good for now on.

I work for a developmental disability program, and we recently took our consumers to this location. The comments when our large group walked in was unacceptable. They were insensitive to the feelings of my company's clients. They walked away after taking our order, and made several more rude comments, and jokes about our consumers. My coworker and I could hear them, and was extremely disappointed. Besides the poor customer service their pop machine is mainly water. Its has no flavor. Cashier said "since u have a big order let me drop some fries, and put fresh burgers on the grill". If it wasnt for me having a big order my food wouldn't been fresh? This place need alot of improvement.

I went there to order two breakfast sandwiches for $4.00, but they don't serve breakfast in the afternoon, unlike McDonald's. So I ordered a Bacon King Jr. and a Whopper Jr. with a small Coke instead. Later on, I ordered small fries and an Oreo Cheesecake, as well. The cheesecake was delicious, to say the least. I also got a refill of Coke. Yes, this place allows refills---upon buying your food. Always expect that!
