Portion size for a $8 salad is awful and it wasn't exactly a "fresh" salad. The salad container was less than half full. Fries were cold as soon as they were given to us.

The lady at the window name Tiffany was very helpful and her customer service was excellent. I will be coming back. But however the only problem I had was I wish my chicken sandwich was fresh it was hard and I can tell it wasn't prepared to order and I love fresh to order food.

I waited about 20 min in the drive thru because they were taking one order at a time, about 3-4 min in between, just to get to the speaker, wait another 3 min, and be told they didn't have fish. So I ordered a spicy chicken with cheese and wanted a coke. I was then informed they had no soda and could only get juice, lemonade or Hi-C. I let them know I would go somewhere else at that point. The response from the speaker was "OK". No apologies ever given at all. Super unprofessional and a terrible experience. I would never go to this location ever again.

Awful place. The customer service was terrible. Lady came yelling at the window, basically in our ears, to talk to a coworker across the lot. They ran out of fries but we're taking 10+ minutes to make more. We're never coming back. Stay away from here!

The dining room is still closed. They still took my order because the restaurant in the same building is open. Fries were cold and the burger was kinda warm.

worst Wendy's ever!! never have a full menu. what they do have isn't fresh. BAD ATTITUDES!! never waste your time or money here. you will wish you didn't!

Horrible service and unappetizing food. It took 55 mins in the drive thru to get food. Weird that a car pulled up with two girls after the inside was closed and they both went in, no uniforms, and were behind the counter making food for themselves or customers, I’m not sure. I’d never eat here again, definitely needs management oversight after hours.

Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food since the 80's,but the one on Greenfleid in Dearborn has turned me off the menu glass doors are taped closed they have a now hiring piece of paper taped to the speaker and the lady taking my order said i'm by myself so wait or go somewhere else taking her advise never again.
