Waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes because they would only let 2 cars through at a time. The line had to wait for those 2 cars to order, pay, and get their food before they'd take more orders. The only reason fast food restaurants do this to keep their order times low. The only reason I waited was because we were at a dance competition at the Guido Theater and I didn't have time to go elsewhere.

Visited this location today because it’s the closest one to my house and I will not return. Their workers are rude and racist. I pulled up to the window and the worker just stared at me with her hand out, didn’t even care to tell me my total. I gave her my money and when she handed me my change back I said thank you, like a normal person would.This employee didn’t say one word, just stared at me with a dirty look. If you’re going to have racist employees don’t put them in a position where they have to interact with customers. Put her in the back making food since she such a nasty attitude and cannot acknowledge people when they speak to her.

Rude staff, extremely long wait times for food, and no leadership behind taking care of the customers. I consistently see so many cars drive off from waiting long periods of time for their orders to be taken. You guys should have a staff meeting and do better

The employees were very pleasant, courteous and served hot food in a timely fashion, also served it with pride. Keep up the good work and train new employees to work food service as well as you guy's did.

Food was good but the service was slow. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Drive thru, Dine in, pick up was overwhelmed the staff. It appeared there was enough staff just needed training in proper assignment.

It's a McDonald's need I say more. The food is lukewarm and the service can be slow or fast all depending on the time of day. Decent food at a reasonable price.

Slowest mcdonalds ever!!!!! Nobody was barely in line the lady said hold on waited almost 15 minutes (me and another car) I said hello he said hello no answer so we both pulled off. Never going there in life again.

Bad service. I just ordered 3 meals, 30 minutes ago. I asked for ketchup and sauces, the lady who gave me my order said they were in my bag. When I started eating I didn’t find any sauce also there were no straws.
