I was looking forward to going to "31" Flavors and a was very disappointed to find that under the "false advertising sign" they only had 20 flavors not the, advertised, 31. Just like the one on Telegraph road in Dearborn Heights. And even though masks are optional at this time, I won't ever be going back to this location for ice cream 🍦 again. Rick Zorn

I ordered a dozen donuts. The donuts were not fresh, but I didn't find out until we got home and ate them. They were very dry. The girl at the counter was rushing me to select Donuts although I was the only customer in the store. Right after I said I wanted a dozen donuts she said, would you like to select them. I said, yes, give me a minute. 30 seconds after I said give me a minute she's says, what would you like? I said, let me make a phone call to see what others in my household would like. She said, okay. While I'm on the phone and its literally ringin, she says what would you like? I held up a finger to say hold on one minute, she nodded, paused and said, what would you like? I ignored her until I was sure of my selections. When I left there was still no other customers. I surely will not be returning.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. This location is so slow for no apparent reason. But enough about that, let's talk about my experience today. I went through the drive-thru line for 2 scoops of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream in a cup. Once I was given my cup, I drove about 30ft away from the window when I realized my Ice Cream doesn't look to be what I ordered. It was cars behind me so I parked and decided to go in the lobby area to exchange it. I was greated by a male that asked me what was wrong. I asked him is this like a new cookie dough you carry now. I showed him the cream and he says that's our cookie dough. He also stated that's always been our cookie dough, that's how it looks. He says wait a second then a women comes over. She asks how could she help me. I assume she was in some sort of leadership role. She asked what the problem was because I came in holding Ice cream in a cup and I had questions about it. I explained to her that this isn't what I ordered. She asked what was my order. I said 2 scoops of cookie dough. She looked at it and assured me that I indeed had cookie dough. I said no this isn't cookie dough. She says unfortunately sir it is. I then disagreed with her again. A young girl then interjected, she says I scooped the cream and that is our cookie dough, let me show you. She walks me over to the cream and points. I said, that's says "VEGAN" Cookie dough. So now you give people Vegan cookie dough without telling them when the ask for cookie dough. She says well that's all we have. A young male standing near her overheard us and said, No, do you want this sir, while pointing. There it is sitting there "Regular" cookie dough. I said yes that's it. The girl that scooped my 2 scoops looks at the regular cookie dough sitting there. She didn't say a word. Not a sorry or apology or my bad, nothing. She just grabbed a cup, scooped the cream and put it on the counter. How does THREE PEOPLE working at a Ice cream place not know about standard, non vegan cookie dough Ice cream. People in this location is just useless and slow. Wont be back and you should never go here either!

My son, his fiance and I stopped in this Baskin Robin's for some ice cream on October 12, 2021. It used to be 31 flavors but they only had 8 different ice creams available to choose from. So we were just going to pick from those available and I asked for a banana split. He said "no, we dont have." I said what dont you have? He said we dont have. Again I said what dont you have? He said bananas. I said you have 25 or so bananas on that banana rack right there. He said" we only use those for smoothies" what the heck! Really! We went to DQ

I ordered doordash tonight and they were out of something i ordered but instead of just swnding my order anyway they called and compensated me and went a step further and added on my order free of charge i was beyond pleased and my family and I have so much gratitude for this location. They showed us a great example of holiday spirit and generosity .

I made a purchase there for 15.59. I gave the cashier a $20 bill. I received $4.25 as my change it was told they were not able to give me exact change due to coin shortage. They found it acceptable that I be short $0.14 rather than them being shorted $0.09. I believe this business to be principally flawed and I will never return.

They were charging $1.50 per scoop instead of $1.31 as advertised on social media. The employee who assembled my cone didn't put any ice cream in the cone itself, so it wasn't stabilized and one of my fingers went through the side and then the top-heavy two scoops shifted and the cone crumbled and I had to catch the whole thing in my hands so it didn't fall on the floor. Other than that, the person who gave me samples and made the cone was nice/pleasant.
