Jet's Pizza

My pizza was not thoroughly cooked. The inside was doughy. The pizza is too expensive for it to be half cooked. Unfortunately it’s Christmas Eve, and I do not have the time to go back. I prefer Papa Romano’s, but they were closed. The customer service at this location could also use some improvement. I will not be personally ordering here again.

I decided to stop in and try a different Jet's Pizza 🍕. I do not care for " thick" crust pizza at all, but I found out that Jet's also has traditional and thin crust options as well. So I stopped on my way home and ordered a pizza. The staff was very polite and friendly and I quickly placed my order. They had it done in a flash considering that I didn't call ahead with my order. I was on my way home 🏡🏘️ with my pizza in hand in less than 15 minutes. The pizza was good even though I had to order it without one of my favorite toppings, that being green olives, which is one that they do not carry at Jet's. My son ordered pizza from here on doordash as a surprise for me and our family. He ordered a Chicken Parm for me and they decided to make it a plain cheese pizza instead of calling and asking if we would like a different pizza. They then took the Chicken Parm pizza off the menu. Communicate with your customers. Never again.

Never ordering here again, ordered a pizza yesterday at 7:20 and I was told the wait time was 1 hour and 20 minutes, so fast forward 2 hours from then I call back and they said “the delivery driver is 5 min away” then I get a call from them saying that it was under pick up and not delivery and that they’ll remake it for me but at that point I didn’t care, I waited 3 hours for my pizza and then I just went home from the place that I ordered it too I was done waiting. Horrible service over the phone and horrible delivery.

I should have read the google reviews before visiting this location. I will start with the person who received my order, they we actually two people at the checkout. They weren’t professional at all. They were talking to each other as if there was customers waiting to get served. There is one guy who was laughing loud and shaking hands with others who just came to the restaurant. Totally unprofessional and irrespecutful ... The food was really bad. It was full of oil abd greasy. The price was higher than the market average. I won’t order from there again.
