The food was good, but my expectation was a tad higher. We ordered lamb Haneeth, the meat was not salted in one side, too much salt in another side. We took the Dearborn Restaurant week deal. Good value for money. I’d still pick Yemen Cafe in Hamtramack over this. Otherwise, the place was neat, friendly staffs.

A great place to have some authentic Yemeni food or grilled middle eastern meats. The food was excellent, flavorful and generous portions! Service is good, foods comes out pretty quick. Cleanliness of space could be better. We ordered Lamb Haneeth, 1/2 chicken Haneeth and Salta (vegetarian stew- with fenugreek). Main course comes with option of salad or soup (lentil or lamb broth). The salta comes boiling hot…give it a decent amount of time to cool down. The meats were juicy and fell off the bone easily. Prices are reasonable. Lamb dishes are more pricey but worth it! We ordered 2 main meat courses, one vegetation dish, and a drink for about 62$. The exterior looks a bit run down but the inside is beautiful- decorated with Yemeni art. They lit up amazing incense that filled the space.

It was a good experience to go and trying Yemeni food at Sheeba Restaurant in Dearborn Michigan. The food is very fresh and tasty. I recognized from the crowd that everyone was waiting and thought it might be because they offer good food. Enjoyed to be there and will surely visit it again if I go to Michigan.
