Starbucks

Check your drinks before you leave I usually leave a good review but I'm fed up. I order a venti but always get a grande in the venti cup it seems. I get no whip no foam but yet my cup is always 3/4 from full. These are 2 different days. I pay almost 7 bucks for my drink can you please fill the dam thing.

This Starbucks used to be the best when it was in the plaza but ever since they moved to their new building it is terrible. One time I went and waited in the 45 minute drive thru line and when I got to the front, the cashier and barista were just talking, on their phones, with their masks down. Customer service is nonexistent. There should be NO reason a drive thru line takes 1 hour+. Even when you wait in this long, the drinks are not made good. I ordered on the app and waited a good 25 minutes before going inside the store because I knew they were so slow on fulfilling orders. When I went inside, I waited another 25 minutes for a barista to even look at me. They don’t understand ppl come here in between work or in a rush and completely disregard customers time. This Starbucks is only 2 minutes away from my house, but I will now travel to the Michigan Ave or Livonia Starbucks. I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes, but at least receive decent customer service and even quicker service. They have major improvements to do because everyone I have talked to said they avoid going to this Starbucks for these very reasons.

The workers are slow and don’t make the drinks correctly! My venti Frappuccino should not be white in color. While I was waiting on my order someone came back in advising that there was no coffee in their coffee, that it was just milk Smh they are not adding the correct amount of ingredients and the Manager needs to be held accountable. I will be contacting Corporate, I need my Starbucks for work and this location is not following correct protocol
