Never had an issue with the food here. But customer service can be very rude. An older man scolded me today for accidentally being "too far away" from the drive thru window (I was a tad far, but I could still reach everything just fine). I said sorry but he continued to scold me and make me feel bad. Was having a bad day and he made it worse.

Need to learn how to punch in a mocha coffee. I keep getting denied one for other hideous flavors. 1 star. Only certain people will sub caramel for mocha. I dont understand.

I been to a lot of McDonald's in Wisconsin and they are usually really good service however the last few times I went to this one it has not been good customer service they missed half my order and I had to go back through a few times I recommended going to a different McDonald's if you can.

Food was hot And good for fast food. The facilities were clean and everyone had a smile on their face seemed like a happy restaurant. When the staff seems happy a fast food restaurant always seems better

Typical McDonald's. (OKAY BUT NOT GREAT)
If your starving and just coming off the highway, this is a predictable food establishment. Cookie cutter like the rest. Here they have some updates and the kiosk for ordering.
The bad: It took exactly 8 minutes to get two McChickens "to go". Asked for extra lettuce and received standard amount. Also one was more done than the other. Probably one old and one made fresh. Frankly not impressed. Stop elsewhere if you have the choice.

i waited in the bathroom for 50 minutes and not a single employee came to wash my hands. What’s the point of the employees must wash hands sign then?
