As has been the case every time I stop here (which hasn't been for at least 6 months now due to the same issue), food was barely warm, fries overcooked and hard. Would have thought with no one else there, food would have been fresh, guess I was wrong it was more like it had been out for hours. When you wonder why nearby culvers and dq have lines and your store doesn't, look to your quality and poor service. Won't be back.

Front roll up gate was still closed 30min after opening, but side door by drive through was open. Went inside and asked if they were open and they said there were, though everyone was looking at me like they had no idea why I was there. Food tasted good though

Wow this was the WORST meal I think I've ever had. Just went through the Drive Thru and by God the fries were ice cold, hard, and were STALE. Seem like they were completely uncooked. Very disappointed and will not be dining in nor out at this Arby's again.

Worst customer service ever !!! Cold food, clearly these guys don't enjoy their jobs. Rude, almost every table was filthy. No one in drive thru, or in building but us.

Went through the drive and had the pleasure of Bob taking our order. He was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very charismatic, so we will be returning soon! Thank you Bob!
