Gallagher's Pizza

My family stopped in for a pizza night and had a wonderful time. Staff were extremely courteous and welcoming and the food was delicious! It was the first time my kids had Gallagher's and they loved it. My son, who is 9 months, even did really well. The waiter promptly brought refills, including lidded beverages for my kids. The garlic cheese bread was my favorite! We shared a deep dish with sausage and couldn't even get through half - the portions are huge! We happily took a box to-go for the next days lunch. Overall, very clean restaurant with hardworking staff. We will be back...yum!

We ordered delivery and it was a smooth process. Opened the box and below is what we received. Turned out it was also the wrong pizza! They switched our order up with someone else. I called and sat on hold for a while but the manager was friendly and said they were making the actual pizza we ordered. Pizza was delivered pretty quickly after that. Pizza is good and would get it again. Probably won’t be ordering delivery anymore though.

Solidly average pizza experience. They go really heavy on the cheese and do a wonderful job of browning it. Their pizzas look delicious. The crust is nothing to write home about, somewhat on the blander side and very, very dense. You're probably better off getting the thin crust. Toppings are all good, but the sauce is unremarkable. You should try this place! Their pizza is unique and you may really love it.

Am EXTREMELY disappointed for the 2nd week in a row. Last week the pizza came, cold, almost folded in half like a calzone. It was terrible. Tonight, we were promised a complimentary pizza. I specifically told the person who took the order to send it to my sister’s address which is 2 minutes from mine. It took almost 2 hours. I have been ordering pizza and supporting their business for at least 10 years. I am disappointed and will begin ordering elsewhere

Going to mostly copy + paste Amber's review. We went here for the pizza lunch buffet. There was a pizza clearly marked cheese and it looked like cheese. So my brother-in-law took a couple slices & ate them. Turns out, the "cheese" pizza actually had pepperoni on it hidden underneath the cheese... My brother-in-law is allergic to meat. He couldn't bring himself to eat anymore because he felt sick. That kind of insolence and carelessness is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable. Some other important critiques: -The meat pasta sauce dripped into the spaghetti noodles so they weren't edible for my brother-in-law and the baked penne pasta had meat sauce too. -Found a small insect in the pasta. -Majority of lettuce at salad bar was wilty and brownish looking, even though we went there early (30min after the buffet opened). There need to be more vegetarian options; they need to do a significantly better job with separating meat from meatless options. And the general upkeep of the buffet needs to be better. Because of this entire experience, I'm giving Gallagher's 2/5 stars. I will say, the waitress who we talked to was extremely friendly and apologetic (and it wasn't her fault obviously) and comped us for our meal which was very nice. She was extremely professional and we were all very impressed - 5 stars for her service!
