Twice now my delivery has been over an hour late without so much as an apology. Makes me a little sad because I had fond memories of this place growing up. Food is still good, but it feels to me like they don't really care about me as a customer. This will likely be the last time I order from here.

I honestly had the absolute worst chinese food ever from this place. Noodles were bombarded with oddly textured vegetables and the meat was rubbery. Flavor was very underwhelming as it just tasted like salty yet bland broth. Crab rangoons were decent but not worth mentioning really. I will not be ordering from here again as everything was pretty bad and I'd hate to risk wasting money on anything else on the menu. Delivery took over an hour as well.

The food is overpriced. They do delivery and it took them two hours to deliver a two person meal which is only 8 blocks from where I live. The delivery guy was rude when he finally showed up and had the nerve to say "what, no tip?" when he was paid and literally threw the bill at my son when we explained why he wasn't getting a tip. I can deal with overpriced food if the service is fast and courteous but don't mistreat me when I'm supporting your livelihood with my hard earned money. So in conclusion I'll say they get a fail on all points and I'll never set foot in the place again and will tell everyone who will listen how the place is.

Waited an hour and no delivery. Called and you could here them talking and sounded like my food had been sitting there a while. So I asked if it was going to be cold when I got it. They told me they were busy... Well if you run a business you should have enough employees to help in busy times. When I got my food he made another snarky comment about it still being warm and how busy they were. Opened our food and guess what... Thankfully it wasn't cold but wasn't hot either. Will be looking for a new Chinese restaurant from now on!

I will start by saying the food was very good but the delivery service is not. When I opened the door he kept pointing to the receipt in a very demanding voice that at first I didn't understand. Eventually it became clear he was demanding a tip and planned on holding the food hostage until tip was given. I had the tip ready but as a practice I only tip for good speedy delivery and this was not the case. I still gave him a small tip and he became very rude and frustrated with me.. I snatched the food from his hands and shut the door by saying tipping is an optional courtesy to people who deserve them. We will not be using this business again. Just lost a loyal customer

Hit or miss on if they are good or bad. Some days the food here is great! Fresh chicken and steamy veggies still slightly crunchy... other day you get chicken jerky in a breading so hard it breaks your teeth, soggy veggies drenched in a salty gravy that all you taste is the salt. Roll the dice and see what you get each time.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken. Food gets here just the chicken no sauce to dip in. Called and they said be right back with it. 40min later and cold chicken they bring the dip. Then I reorder again and took the coupon off the menu they gave me not even a week ago and I get a call from owner two hours after delivery, telling me coupon expired (That I received from them not even a week ago) and complaining. Mind you i tipped delivery person $4 on both trips on meals of $11. They have lost a customer tonight!

Was the best place in town 7 years ago, hands down the worst now. Extremely long delivery times (my home is 3 miles away), undercooked rice, hair in food, tasteless chicken...I have certainly given them a fair shot, I've ordered three times in a years time period, everytime I get ill after. Sad to see a place that was so delicious go to just total garbage.
