I ordered a beyond sausage sandwich, glazed chocolate donut, and a cup of water from their drive thru today. The sandwich as you can tell from the picture, was only slightly warm, not toasted at all. I could tell there wasn't enough glaze on the donut like there normally is, and she didn't even provide a straw for the water (thank God I had an empty bottle to pour it in).
On top of that, the whole time I tried to order, I could hardly hear her, even after I told her and she asked if I could hear her better and I still couldn't. Also, I guess the only cup they have for water is the giant one and they charge 30 cents (not much but still kind of silly).

I tried to give them a few chances since some visits were fine but I think I'll stick to homemade coffee. I've had the wrong order given twice when ordering through app for pick up, coffee with a mouthful of coffee grounds in it, and luke warm coffee. I have spoken with the manager via email after the 1st incident but no improvement. The employees are not very friendly either so I just stopped going all together.

I can't live without my 2dollar latte some days, staff are bright, enthusiastic, hard working. I love to pre order using the app to earn points,again when the coffee pot is on and my maple donut or apple fritters are waiting for me. Employees are efficient, the place is clean and donut people are just happy all the time!

I hope I have the right store. My husband and I were traveling on I-95 S, got off at the Daytona exit. I went in to get some coffee and the young man who waited on us at the inside counter. I believe he said his name was Jade, was extremely courteous and helpful. I am in my 70's and really appreciated his patient manner. This is the type of employee that keeps customers coming back. He should be recognized. I think the number over the door of the store was 2435?. Please thank him for me.

I had a great experience yesterday. The gentleman was very pleasant and my sandwich and latte were great. But today, the contrary. I was served a burnt sandwich and coffee leaking down the side of my drink. Not to mention, when asked about something concerning my drink, the girl was rude yelling, that my drink was made with milk. Smh. Come on guys.

Always a pleasure to order one drink to have it slammed in front of me no thank you or is that all when I paid I ordered one drink and got my total, staff on register walks away chucks a can of whip cream across the room because someone couldn't be bothered to not put it in the trash if it was already empty the icing was saying thank you have a good day only to be ignored and given the cold shoulder im going to Starbucks next time

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to ! They need a new manager that can handle answering question from the inside and handle her drive thru at the same time. She also needs to train her workers to answer simple questions about the DD APP ! It’s bad enough it’s in a very old building that smells of mold and rotten wood ! The least the manager could do is make sure all her customers leave happy ! Very disappointed with my service this morning ! Most useless manager EVER !
