Great prices. This place has been here a long time. The original owners still on it. Looks like they’re in their 80s. One of the waitresses is always happy and even singing. If you like going to Family owned classic diners you’ll love this place.

It is time for a home cooked breakfast meal. This is not a place for corporate designed food. Friendly staff and comfort of feeling everyone here is family. Come check this place out. Especially, if you want to support a independent establishment. Food taste great. Come down and have breakfast here. Prices for an omelet was 8 dollars and it was packed full of freshness. Check it out. Can't go wrong.

The Gateway Restaurant is a great place. The food is great, the service is great, the prices are great, and they even opened early for me one day because I got there before 7am.
The Gateway is a staple in our community. It is like stepping back in time. I highly recommend eating here to everyone.

Very good breakfast. Great price and fast friendly service. Awesome home fries and pancakes. The vintage feel and long time service of this place to Daytona is amazing. I highly reccomend you visit this wonderful gem!

I’ve been eating here since I was 7 . Im 47 now. It’s very consistent and always good. They used to make me chocolate milk with my breakfast. I wonder what they would think if I asked for some now?
