Sessions Restaurant

My wife and I stayed at the Hard Rock for Christmas Eve and had an amazing time there. We had a fabulous dinner at Sessions, fire and beachside! Emily was our server and she was so sweet and had amazing service! It was my birthday and she went the extra mile to make it even more special! The next day we came back for a morning beach breakfast, She She was our server and she was just as sweet and had amazing service as well. The bar manager Michael, was very nice and happy to take care of us too. Definitely would recommend this place 10/10 would do it again, and again!

Great atmosphere, beautiful view, delicious food! The Beach Babe cocktail is tasty, but very sweet. We ordered the onion rings and bacon wrapped scallops appetizers for our party of 4. The onion rings were okay but definitely nothing special. The bacon wrapped scallops were delicious. You get two skewers with two scallops each. Our only complaint was we wished there were more. Our entrees we're the kids grilled cheese with french fries - again, nothing special, but it was devoured! The Sessions burger, which was very good. The bourbon glazed chicken with mashed potatoes and sauteed fresh green beans. Really good, the bourbon glaze had a good amount of heat as well. Then, the Seafood linguini was *chef's kiss*. This was our best meal of vacation, and we are on day 5 of 7. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful restaurant in the Hard Rock Hotel. Food was OUTSTANDING! We ordered the poke tuna as an appetizer. For our main meal we ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and the burger with fries. For dessert we had the mouthwatering lime crème brûlée which was simply delicious. Overall food was AMAZING and cooked to perfection!Portions were good enough for sharing. Our server, Shaye, was super attentive and friendly and Sherika, the chef, was extraordinary! Thank you both for making our evening unforgettable! We look forward to visiting again.

We had a great time at Sessions and our server Shaye assisted us with our orders. We also got the opportunity to meet the chef, Sherika, in person who was outstanding and knowledgeable. We were able to meet her after dinner while deciding on the dessert to try out. She suggested Lime Crème Brulee, and it was a lovely treat.

Fire pit outside was lovely. Weather was delightful! Just nippy enough to make the fire extra cosy. Dinner was good. Ordered the Cheeseburger & the Sesame Glazed Salmon. Entrees were very tasty. Would have been nice to have drink refills (iced tea & water), and if you order dessert, skip the Creme Brulee. It was just ok. Consistency of brulee was too soft, more of pudding than custard. Way too soft. Should also be served in brulee dish, so the caramelization is done evenly. Wasn't over the top on pricing, and our server was very nice. Enjoyable, but just not spectacular.
