Great service,best burger (Texas Double!) And very good price. When our order was ready the young man brought it to us! The very best fast food in Dayton. We took our time and enjoyed our meal. Thanks very much you guys for a clean and comfortable visit. We'll be back!

After ordering I had to wait for chicken finger to cook while the rest of my food was in a bag. They didn't like the fact that I had them remake my onion rings. Then got home an one of the sandwiches buns were hard! Not a good visit!! Very disappointed!

Terrible nuggets! I don't know who manages this store but they should do something. I ordered the double stacker king large fry and four orders of nuggets for my grandbabies. While the burger was "ok" it was definitely overpriced. The large fry couldn't have been a large and half of them were little pieces of the ends. The freaking nuggets had to be under a heat lamp for hours! They were so dry they would take all the moisture out of your mouth. Worst nuggets and fries I've ever gotten at a Burger King.

The staff is very helpful and patient. This time, though, someone said that they don't start the hamburger for the app purchase until someone shows up to get it. They were pretty fast, though.

The service and quality at this Burger King is horrible. We had a very simple order, 4 whoppers with cheese. We sat in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes after we ordered before we got to the window, so, that was one downfall, but the burgers being wrong was when it really went downhill. The wrapper on the burgers said with cheese, but since I could see through the drive-thru window to where they make the burgers, I saw that they didn't put the cheese on them. When I was handed the bag, I checked the burgers and they did not have the cheese on them. This may sound menial, but they charged $4.00 extra for the cheese alone. I waited at the window until the girl working it came back and handed her the bag, told her what was wrong and that I didn't want them anymore and I wanted my money back. She in turn went and got someone else, that I can only assume was a manager or team leader. This person started out with "We only have 3 people here". Okay, that doesn't excuse making your most popular sandwich incorrectly. I asked her for my money back and she said that since I paid with a card, I couldn't have my money back. So, I put my truck in park and told her I would sit there until she found a way to give me my money back, I mean, after all, they didn't have a problem taking my card for payment. This really ticked her off and she threw the bag of sandwiches down on the floor and then pulled the cash out of the register to give me my money back. Her next response to me was "you don't have to come back". She was very unprofessional and not once did she say we apologize for the issue, what can we do to correct it. She immediately came at me with attitude and excuses. They don't have to worry Whataburger will be open soon and we won't be going back to this place.

It seems to be better since they changed management. There is still a few employees that act like you owe them something. Store hours are actually reliable now and the food seems to be better since the changes they made at this location.
