Wendy's

Sat in the drive thru for a total of 23 minutes and spent $22 only to get cold fries, a burger that was cold and tasted like I was chewing on the box the burgers came in. That's just my $10 combo the other meals had the same problems but not only cold food the cheese was not even close to being melted. All three of the drink had the orange creamsicle flavor which is nasty when you expect a regular coke. to top it all off they need to train the employees on the difference between a small frosty and a medium. I guess this is why they don't give you receipt. Try to keep you from calling the offices.

If zero stars was an option, this location would have earned it. I placed an order online and had my husband pick it up. They had a long line (probably understaffed like everyone else, I get that). They had my husband pull up to wait for the food and all of it came out cold. They also brought out one item at a time, making the food even colder. They didn't have the salad my husband wanted. They also didn't have strawberry frosties. Instead of replacing them with a different frosty (something that would be equal the cost), they gave us soft drinks (watered down of course because of the wait time). They also gave us no receipt :) Don't waste your time going to this wendys location. There are other food options nearby and if you really want Wendy's there is one further up on Needmore that I'm sure does a better job. We certainly won't be ordering food from this location again.

Today, Wendy's was not on point! I ordered a baked potatoe for my vegetarian child, got to the window and they stated it was over cooked so they threw it out.. Ugh! No food for my child as this is the ONLY THING he will eat here. (This was my second Wendy's now without the potatoes, btw) 🙄 Once I got home, I found that My spicy chicken sandwich was DRY! My hubbies Burger looked like it had been cooked earlier in the day🤔 My food was luke warm and just mediocre! I was so upset. 🙄 I try to avoid this location at all cost but, since the other was out of baked potatoes, I decided to come to this location. It used to be the best in the area, I don't know what has changed but it needs a serious overhaul! Who cant cook a baked potatoe, IJS?? Fast food is too expensive to purchase and not get what should be good hot and fresh food! 😫

If It was a choice of zero stars then that would be perfect. Wendy's on Main St by Turner and the one in Englewood is theeeeee worst. The one in Englewood is HORRIBLE in the evening into the night. SUPER SLOW. DON'T have ur order correct. Employees outside doing whatever. The other one is SUPER SLOW and then when you finally get to the window there machine to take cards is down. Or you wait in line forever to get to the speaker to be told the card reader is down. I have given up on both. My son loves Wendy's but I told him he has to choose somewhere else.
