We truly enjoy this spot to enjoy tasty burgers and a comfortable environment. We enjoy that we can glance up at the television and check out the current news. The employees and management seem very courteous and pleasant. We have never had a wrong order or any thing made wrong either. The bathrooms are clean, fresh, and stocked. During covid there was always sanitizer available. The lobby is always super clean and it has a comfortable atmosphere. We enjoy it here so much that it has become our Wednesday night spot, where we always have a wonderful experience! Thanks Burger King, West Hamilton, OH!

I asked for my spicy chicken sandwich to be made fresh and they complied. This is hard to find now days so I was very satisfied! My fries were not but HEY you can't get it all right?

Went there to pick up a meal for my girlfriend and accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich. I apologized and asked if I could swap the sandwich and once again was very apologetic. The woman at the window said no. The sandwich was already made?? I told her I’d like to cancel my order. As I’m driving away I could hear her cussing at me. Never. I repeat never going there again. Poor service and poor attitude!

It was a good time for it to been raining because the fish was soo dry I had to eat it outside in the rain. And the chicken fingers were like literally breaded old woman hands. And had to wait for ever and the cashier was straight out of someone's farm rude and very disrespectful to people of color. Avoid them

Very rude cashier. After waiting at counter for almost 10 mins. With nobody in the restaurant. She finally came over to take my order and was so hostile and put out by it. I walked out and went somewhere else. Very unprofessional. It's sad because this used to be a good location.

Love The food But occasionallyThe restaurant doesn't open on time there are employees inside but they ignore me and don't give a reason why they are not responding it's always in the morning this is about the fourth time this has happen very rude!

My senior mom used her only gift card for BK and they gave her back a dead card that don't match her gift receipt. They kept the card that had a balance.
She could have used it several more times since she is local and on a social security budget. Don't trust this store.
