Horrible service!!! Went through the drive through at approximately 5:45 PM Sunday evening. No other cars in line took over 5 minutes for the drive-thru attendant to get back to me after asking me to wait. Ordered two sandwiches both of them were completely incorrect, did not tell me until after paying that the frozen coke machine was quote defrosting, Ordered two sandwiches both of them were completely incorrect, and could not even get the substitute onion rings for fries correct. How absolutely inconsiderate must people be to not even care enough to get one of the two orders they had in the entire place even close to right? Everyone on the Sunday shift should be fired immediately!

1. ~30 minute total wait in drive thru with 2 cars in front of us and didn't see anyone dining in (there could have been a couple cars in the lot). People were getting out of drive thru line the wait was so long... felt like the BMV. 2. "Large" onion rings were smaller than "small" fries, and even the fries were on the skimpy side. See image. 3. Fries were cold. We ordered online to save time, expecting 30-60 second pick up, not 1800 seconds. Please review Chick Fil A's drive through procedure and see how it can work.

Dumpster diving at Frisch's would be better. May as well have thrown $20 in the trash. Everything was cold, my ch'king was fried so long it may as well have been a hockey puck, there was zero salt on the fries and they tasted like wallpaper paste. Whoever is running this place should be tried for crimes against humanity... and food. It's times like this that make question eating meat. Sad that an animal had to die to provide this absolutely terrible meal.
