Burger King

Normally here lately my food has been fresh the other night they were so in a rush at the speaker but not at the window it’s annoying my husband order the ChiKing and his food was fresh, My fries were fresh however my Whopper Jr didn’t come fresh at all the cheese I asked for was non-existent and my bacon was burnt and my patties was not even warm nor fresh as I asked for my thing is I don’t mind waiting for my food fresh as we did but giving me this old a*** burger was disgusting and they know it like as fast as they rush you from the speaker that’s really how fast the food should be get them late night workers together before the pandemic and sometime after this store had great service smh

Used to be one of the best fast food Restaurants around, not so much anymore, Went there tonight, got 4 Bacon Kings and one Double Whooper, Whooper was fine but apparently they must have been about out of bacon because not one sandwich had more than a couple of very small pieces of bacon on them, between the 4 sandwiches there may have been what looks like might have amounted to two small pieces of bacon that was pretty much shredded and put on the 4 bacon kings. Would have preferred the staff be honest and just tell us they may not have enough bacon ready, if I had wanted a double cheese burger then I would have ordered that and not paid extra for bacon that I didn't get.

I ordered online and was very specific with my order but then when the Uber driver arrived with my order it wasn't right at all and there were several items that were missing from my order so my girlfriend called the restaurant and it rang over & over so then she called back a couple more times with the same results but then she called for a fourth time and a lady answered and my girlfriend went on explaining our issue and then the lady got smart and then hung up on my girlfriend so my girlfriend called back like three times with no answer then on the fourth time calling it was a busy signal and stayed that way. So they got my order completely wrong and then became very rude and very disrespectful so I don't plan on calling or going back to that establishment ever again so very rude & very disrespectful employees they have working there.

They said I messed up the sandwich being plain on the app. When I asked for them to fix they resused to fix the sandwich or give me my money back. I was speaking to the manager. When I asked who his boss was he said they weren't there. When I asked what there name was he said he didn't have to tell me that. I'm generally polite & I know things happen but they acted as if I was the bad gpy over this situation. Would not go here
