I sat in the drive-through for about 20 minutes before I got to the speaker once I got to the speaker I was not greeted at all so I didn't even know if the speaker was working or if they were closed. I called multiple times nobody answered the store phone and then about 10 minutes Later the girl comes on and says what do you want. Then she forgets to turn off her mic and all You hear so much of people geekly and laughing and I'm like hello hello. Do not recommend this McDonald's

Sat in drive-thru about five minutes, not bad considering the time of day. But the people working in the windows need to be a little more polite. I have worked their jobs before, all my life and I it's hard. But when someone ask a question about their order you don't need to be so short. The food was pretty good, warm fries just old. As always great ice cream.

Blinks was awesome!! If I misremembered his name he had shells in his hair and is extremely bubbly and friendly. He made a usually average mcdonald’s trip lovely and my day a lot more happy. I think he should be recognized for that :-)

Took forever just to order. Asked for two double cheeseburgers no pickles extra onion. There were no tags and the burgers were extra everything. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this happens a lot at this location.

You're asked to park and wait for your food. Brought the order half right. I asked for a Big Mac got two chicken $1. sandwich. Brandt McDonald's need to do better. B

Everytime I come here my food is always correct, well made, and because I'm a saucy girl with my extra sauces on my burgers, they always deliver.

Don't waste your time. This staff just simply doesn't care if your food is fresh or how they handle your food! It's like a party inside since they don't have the lobby open. Go to Salem in Trotwood waayyyy better!

First my BIG MAC DIDNT HAVE LETTUCE OR PICKLES MY FRIES WERE COLD AND IT WAS A LARGE FRY THAT WASNT SO LARGE MORE LIKE A SMALL FRY IN A LARGE BOX LUCKILY I HAD THE APP FOR 1.00 LARGE FRIES THIS IS RIDICULOUS I WANT BE BACK
