Wing Zone

I used to go to this place quite often and the staff was great and nice. The manager knew what I wanted when I walked in and would actually talk to the customers as they were waiting. I have recently been in there a couple times since new management came in, and I'll tell ya, they are nothing to write home about. They try and hurry me up with my order and they never have a smile on their face. I get the feeling that when I come in, I incovenience them. I think I will most likely take the drive to the Airway Rd. location. I've been there a couple times and they are always friendly!

We placed an order as a group. All told about a $50 order. The order was placed over the phone, and requested for delivery. They Delivered ..a half hour late. The order was DRASTICALLY wrong. Many people didn't get things that they had paid for. The food was cold. It was unappetizing. I paid $12 for a chicken dinner it was dried out and Disappointing. When we called the Manager in particular in regard to not receiving food that we had paid for they blame it on us. There was no apology for the food being, cold, late or unappetizing let alone a refund, or a gift card. I honestly would rather starve myself then to do business with location again. They are the worst in the area. I could have drove to the store and cooked the food myself and not have to deal with the degrading service and attitude to paying customers. Thanks WingZone. You earned it.
