I had good service and got my food promptly.
A crazy guy/customer came in and got upset that they needed a minute before taking the order due to a drawer being out.
He stormed out then came back asking for the regional manager, and the staffs name that originally told him that they'd be right with him politely.
Stacey is a friendly manager and handles challenges well, and she was not rude, remained calm to this customer even though he was yelling and rude to the staff.

There is an issue everytime I go to this particular Wendy's. They seem to only take cash or mobile orders. The line takes quite a while and the food has NOT been up to the high quality that one would expect from Wendy's! I love Wendy's but I avoid this location!😕

Horrible. I worked here years ago. They still suck. Not the cleanest place... They just gave me the same sandwich I asked to be replaced. I rarely get gots fried from this particular Wendy's... I don't recommend it at all. If you're hungry, go to the Hardee's, long John, it even McDonald's that's near by. All are WAY better options

Foods cold 80% of the time orders are barely accurate.. wait time at drive thru always takes longer then necessary.. I wouldn't mind the wait if the food was to be hot and fresh..

The cashier today need to work on her people skills. Order the new frosty and at time we got it was a milk shake. Will not be returning back there.

Saturday night, around 8:30pm. Went through the drive thru and was "greeted" by two of the rudest chics. Whoever owns this franchise should fire both of them, one taking the money and the one giving the food. Terrible customer service. I'm so sorry I came to your place of work and made you work. I will never go back there again.
The only redeeming quality is the Baconator sandwich, it was the best I've ever had.

I don't know what the hang up is with thia Wendy's. But everytime I order food from there... its either the bacon on my burger is rock hard... the fries are soggy.. the beef patty on what ever burger I order is either under cooked or its burnt like freddy Kreuger. I literally just ordered a chicken sandwich and it's hard as brick. How hard is to competently cook food without messing it up?! Like seriously... if you csnt handle how to properly cook something then you need to seek employment somewhere other than a fast food restaurant. One time can be forgiven... twice maybe 3 times could even be overlooked. But come on now... this is beyond ridiculous. I've order food from this place 5 times within the past month and half and not once have I ever received something edible from this location at all. Doesn't matter what time of day either. At least they were consistent about that of all things. Morning. Noon. And night it's always messed up.

If I could rate Wendy’s on needmore lower than a 1 star I would due to tonight’s experience. I arrived at Wendy’s on needmore around 9:00p going through the drive through I order a #10 which is one of their chicken sandwiches, while ordering I asked the cashier to take off the tomatoes, add Mayo and keep the ranch and make everything fresh! I get to the window and my food is ready which I couldn’t understand how so fast, she said “it just came up” I put my hand inside the bag, the fries felt hot as if they just came out so I continue to check my sandwich, I open this sandwich up and it’s TONS of mayo and ranch which is confusing because I didn’t ask for extra of neither! Just lettuce, so I open the sandwich up and see the extra lettuce I assumed the ranch and mayo had just smushed and that’s why it’ appeared to be so much. Well I was WRONG and I will never make the mistake of taking the sandwich back to be remade! I completely wasted my money, Before I could even bit the sandwich I needed a napkin to clean off some of the ranch, THEY didn’t have napkins in our bags either ( side note ) so I get the sand which cleaned off and I take a bit and it’s sliding all out of my hand, the bread was soggy, it was literally so much ranch I could make an entire cup of ranch (dipping cup size). I tried calling but no one picked up I am livid!
