Got cinnamon bun from McDonald's today at Linden ave around 3pm and it was literally covered with lint. My daughter was about to eat and she noticed it has hair on it but upon close inspection it was lint which doesn't make it better. Not sure if rest of their food is treated same way.

Worse McDonalds ever!
Every-time I order the food is either wrong, to cold, or to hot. 😡
Stopped for a blueberry muffin this morning asked them if they could warm it….it was so hot I couldn’t eat it. I guess their employees think their funny !
It doesn’t take but 30 seconds to warm a muffin not 10 minutes. I’m done!

The lines might be long at times for the drive-thru but it goes fast. I'm so glad they got better worker @ this location. My orders are right everytime like they should be. A++

I have to agree with other reviews here in that this is the worst McDonald's for customer service alone. The food is on par I guess but ever since I've started coming here since the pandemic started they haven't followed any special instructions really or we'd just straight up get someone else's food

I see they got a lot of bad reviews but I find nothing wrong with this place the employees are always nice and well-mannered and by the time after I pay my food is ready I pick it up and I go

This poor representation of McDonalds just cannot improve itself. Always, always check your bag, no matter how small. Never, never order a special like "light Mac sauce please". Associates are now making nearly 2X minimum wage and still don't excel at serving customers.

Pulled up to speaker, worker could not speak clear and I had to ask her three times what she said and that was just the greeting. Then she got my order wrong. I got over charged also. I order the same thing for my grandchildren and I know the cost. I had to pull over while they brought out the shake. They brought out a child’s shake and a large root beer. I ordered a regular size shake and a root beer with the happy meal. Next they brought out a vanilla shake, I ordered chocolate , then they brought out the correct flavor but the wrong size again! Total incompetence. By the time I got out of there my food was cold. I tried to call and make a complaint but the phone has been busy for three days.

I’m not even gon lie. This McDonald’s usually makes my fries fresh BUT when it comes to extra tasks they are not trustworthy. How does someone get extra salt and no salt mixed up? I also ordered extra lettuce and got the same amount of lettuce that my other regular lettuce sandwiches had. Back to my fries tho… y’all couldn’t have even noticed the mistake and put salt packets in my bag???
