Wait time for food is extremely long. Sat for for 22min in the drive through. Spoke with the manager upon arriving at the pay window. The conversation was pleasant however I left with the impression she did not care. Arrived at the pickup window where I sat for another 5min while watching five employees standing around.

We were craving the new strawberry frosty based off their advertising. But they are out of them. In my views if you do something new keep it in stock. But the employee we dealt with was super nice.

The girl at the window was rude claimed her receipt machine was not working so I could not get a receipt for business. I had frozen French fries in my Box along with fries that had been in the frier for hours or hours how does that happen.

this place totally blew up my order. my kids can't have cheese, so I ordered fries for the kids and got the baconator fries hich are covered with cheese and the doubles with mayo, ketchup,tomato, and pickels had cheese ,onions, lettuce all added so we were not happy ar all with our order. called back to complain and was told that there was no way they messed up that bad, so I took it all back and still couldn't get it fixed or mymoney back. We will not eat there again.

Went thru the drive thru at this location around 6:00 pm. The employees were respectful, and accommodating. They made sure our order was perfect before handing it to us, as it was a little on the larger side. Also, made sure we didnt need anything else before we pulled off. Quick service. Kind, hardworking, & quick paced employees. Will be back. Keep up the good work!

We used the drive-through at lunchtime and presented a coupon for a free sandwich. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Order was correct. Food was fresh and piping hot. Great experience! We'll stop here again next time we're in the area.

I think this is the best Wendy's ever... I was super impressed but the ENTIRE trip here... Service, attitude, balue, professionalism, accuracy, time, temperature, appearance, and flavor. Not to mention neat freak clean! Everything was fresh and no trouble getting extra sauce and custom order. A+
