Arby's on linden Ave. Is the best. Everyone is so nice and the food is hot and quick. The restaurant is always clean

Tried sweet potato fries and they were room temperature. I think they would have been tasty if warm but they must not even have a spot for these under the heat lamps.
There really is never an excuse for cold fries. When you are serving them and do not feel the heat thought the card board... They are too cold and they know it. They are just counting on you not taking time to come back to complain. For the price they ask for their fries, they can make a fresh batch.
There is a reason their drive thru never has a line.

Ordered two sandwiches for $6.00. I questioned the cost at window. Worker there told me that special was no longer on sale. I told him they had ads on windows and sign. I then showed him where it is on Arby:s website. He then asked the young lady who might have been the manager. She finally allowed it. We had also ordered poppers with a specific sauce. I asked the window guy if that was in the bag. He did not say anything but got one packet and plopped it in the bag, then asked if we wanted more.

Friendly staff with great service!
However, I can't decide if their milkshake is named "down" or if maybe they don't really have a milkshake machine at all!
The last several times I have tried to order a shake (typically between 8 and 9 pm) an employee responds "our milkshake machine is down" and I'm stuck with McD's version of what they call a shake.

Horrible service. Waited forever for someone to take our order. Finally someone said, "be with you in a minute". A few more minutes went by. We said, "hello". The voice came back saying, "LADY"! We responded, "speakers on". We finally got our order taken. We paid, got a food and that was all not a thank you, or verbal acknowledgement at all. This happened at the Lees/Arbys, 5940 Farhills, @6:23 pm. Order number 4210. Hopefully the manager of the store has the good sense to to do some much needed customer service training.

Didn't get my order right. The manager had to fix it. Tried to give me my food without my drink. When I asked for it, he said we're out of that. Like I was gonna leave without a drink. Then tells me oh he's changing it hold on. Worst service I've seen from the drive thru.
