Very long wait in the drive thru for only 3 cars, about 35 mins. The fries and nuggets I got were cold and only got 3 nuggets in my 4 for 4. The cashier for the drive thru was short and rude when I had to ask for my sauces and drink for my meal. The chicken sandwich I received wasn't even the correct sandwich. It was some super spicy chicken they placed on the bun in place of a the regular crispy chicken patty.

The dining area is never open. The drive thru is so slow that you usually wait 30 minutes. Should have better service for a store in that high traffic of an area, especially with so many shops around

They didn’t bother to shovel the handicapped ramp even after I said something to them about. The fries were pretty sad. But they were open for dine in, so I’m thankful.

Always screwing up something. This time EVERY single item in my order was wrong. The strays in the neighborhood appreciated it though. If you can't do your simple jobs(yes simple, I used to do it)correctly, without attitude, and with basic customer service skills, then don't work in these jobs.

Everytime I go here the drive thru wait is horrible easily 30+ min of waiting. As someone just trying to get some lunch on thier 30min break this is a place to avoid!

We ordered with no problem and when we pulled up to the window we were the only people there. After waiting for about 5minutes a few cars were behind us and we were told to pull off to the side because they were waiting on fries to be done. With no food in hand, and having already paid, I complied and parked to the side. After 10 minutes and watching four other cars go through the drive thru I looked out my window. The woman working the window saw me and then someone else came over to my car with a bag that only had two fries and none of the other food I had ordered. My wife went into the restaurant to ask about the rest of our order only to be told that they would have to remake it because they gave it to someone else. So another 6 minutes of waiting for two meals. Then on her way out my wife heard the woman behind the counter say "I don't have time for people like her, make sure that the door is locked when she leaves. " these people clearly don't deserve business.

Horrible, the past three experiences here have just been bad. Food was over cooked, slapped together like slop in a bag. Workers seem to try to have a good attitude, but you can tell that wick is very short lived. Most the time this location has been minimally staffed, and I can understand some circumstances. It does not excuse an employee to basically call the customer a liar and then tell them to have a good day without even trying to figure anything out. I paid for my items via mobile app, had the proof... I returned within 30 minutes greatest with an apology from a manager. I guess this person isn't from that store normally. Well she can work wherever. I am writing Wendy's off, adding it to my growing list of establishments I refuse to patron due to their horrible food or lack of customer service. I don't expect a lot, just for you to do your job.
