I ordered a chicken power bowl without lettuce and this is what I got. After mixing this bowl up, it barely covers half the container, and missing other ingredients. Cinnamon twists were all over the bottom of the bag as well……..DO BETTER PEOPLE!!

If you guys want an honest review this is it. We ordered 2 deluxe boxes made the same exact way and they were not busy. We dined in and the only thing they didn't mess up on was the soft taco and nacho fries. Come to find out it was a teenage boy who made our food and he was literally laughing about how he made our food with his little friends. So, we went up there and the manager made it right. I feel like this teen just threw our stuff together so he could go on break. But, the rest of the staff was very professional. We used the kiosk, the teen didn't even want to cash us out. As soon as we went to the counter to pay he was trying to leave and another team member had to tell him to take care of us. We then ordered a steak quesadilla and had a few pieces that had no steak at all.

Taco Bell. Wife and I stopped after I got off duty. Met the Manager. The young Lady that took our order. She was Awesome. Manager made our food. Look good. Tasted great. And hot. Best Service we ever had there. Thank You.

Garbage experiences as a customer every time, garbage experiences as a doordash driver coming here, and there's always a line. If you have time, take the extra effort to drive to either Troy Pike or Center Point 70 locations. It'll be worth it to have the right food, not wait 20 minutes, not show up to pick up a doordash at 6pm only for the store inside to be closed despite the instructions from the store telling you to go inside, etc.

Service was slow through the drive-through and the dining room was closed. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, it was cut into three slices and only one had chicken on it. The sierra mist drink tasted dirty. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly though.

Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes. Ordered on the app since the wait was so long and then they told me they didn’t get my order and wanted me to submit it again while not guaranteeing my order would be accepted. I was already charged for the first order and they never gave me my food.
