Domino's Pizza

Don't waste your time placing a delivery order. Multiple times I have placed an order online, only to be called by the store saying my order was cancelled because they didn't have the staff to fulfill the order. If you don't have the staff available to deliver I get it- there is a labor shortage. At least take the step to not allow delivery orders to be placed. I was charged and I am still waiting on a refund.

Worst Dominos in the area. But, that’s not saying much because the whole company has turned to Garbage. They Used to have a three topping deal for pick up, corporate decided That was too easy, so they changed it to Online Only. Except their website won’t Let you complete a transaction without crashing, freezing, or not responding at All. Domino’s is the Worst!! Zero Stars

As you can see in the pictures I’ve posted, my pizza came with almost no tomato sauce. I ordered a pizza with light cheese and beef/black olives as the topping & regular amount of tomato sauce. Instead, my pizza came just as bread with toppings although there is a tiny amount of tomato sauce on there. I called in to complain and the man I spoke to was very rude and told me I was wrong and he was sure he put a regular amount of tomato sauce on it. He then very rudely offered to send me a pizza but said “it would look the exact same because there is already tomato sauce on your pizza, I cut it myself”. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I’m a student so I’m sure I’ve ordered over $500-$700 worth of pizza from this dominos over the past year and a half, but after this incident, i will not be ordering from them again. I’ve also included a picture of what a normal amount of tomato sauce is, since I’ve ordered dominos (w light cheese) multiple times. There is a clear difference between the two. But to be frank, it is not the fact that dominos messed up my order that has gotten me so upset, it is the poor customer service and the accusatory tone that pushed me to write this poor review.

A regular customer. Ordered on line and hoped to get the 49 deal. Well that is curbside only. Even when I asked about it, I was told it had expired. Then it was said oh it is for curbside only. I said we'll what is the difference if I come in or at night unsafe to a degree since dim lighting to do curbside. I would had thought that they would have said here let's give you the 49 deal since it was 615 pm. Or at least said would you care for a free something as to do great customer service. But if you don't know what your deals are, how could you provide a better customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend delivery here. Pick up is always fine but delivery is terrible. Incorrect orders and very long wait times. I understand that a lot of places are understaffed, but if you can’t deliver a pizza for two hours, the app needs to reflect accurate wait times and pizzas need to be cooked accordingly. I placed an order at 5:30. The pizza was immediately put in the oven and “quality checked” by 5:55. The app said delivery would be 44 min max. It is now two hours later and I have yet to get my order. The app told me it had been delivered but it hasn’t. I called the store to see what was up and they said they couldn’t tell me when it would get here and just overall unhelpful.

I placed an order, they not only got the order wrong but they decided to not send out my replacement pizza 2 hours later when they are about to close. I am a simple person to please and I literally just wanted my pizza, but I was instead confronted with blatant ignorance as well as the unpleasantries of being lied to.
