Never in my life... I love Tim Hortons, I go there like every day. I decided to come to this one because the smoothie machine has been broken at mine for months. But I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant in my life, I promise you. The parking lot was completely empty, and there was a very good reason why. The worker making the food was playing music from her phone, my order was wrong, the guy said he had huge arm muscles from beating off? I’m not even kidding. All in one visit. We ran as quickly as we could.

Great food and coffee! But they never have consistent hours! Most recently, there at 9:20 PM, all the lights on, saw them working inside - they close at 10:00 PM (per every outlet online), we sat in the drive thru for about 4 minutes with no greeting, then all their lights went off!! At 9:24 PM - yeah right that’s your closing time you bunch of lazy people!! You need consistency or you are going to lose business - no one will make the drive for a ‘chance’ you’ll be open, when the same amount of time the opposite direct will take them to a Starbucks that is consistently open!

Our of most donut holes lol all the good flavors Out of strawberry parfait only one vanilla parfait, sorry to next in line but you didn't miss much . They must of scraped what they could out of the vanilla yogurt cause there wasn't much. Well heck I guess my coffee was good sobgave them a star for that.

Ordered a Tuscan Chicken Panini for lunch. When i arrived back at work, I had a grilled cheese sandwich (barely warm - non melted cheese). EWW! I tried to call and no one was picking up their phones. Not very impressed with the staff and probably will not go back. I can see why the parking lot was empty during the lunch hour.

Came here at 2pm on a Thursday and they only had one person working. The drive through only takes cash so I had to go inside. It took 5 minutes of waiting around with no one taking my order before I decided to leave. Just go to Dunkin across the street.

I went here this morning and ordered one sm iced coffee and one iced mocha latee and was not given the coffee that I had asked for. I politely came back and told them that the iced coffee I had did not have ice in it and the two small sizes I had ordered were clearly a medium and a small. They were clearly annoyed with me and told me that the sm iced coffee has espresso in it and thats why I received a larger glass and there was no ice. They also said there was mocha in my coffee and it honestly tasted like plain black coffee. When asked If they could please just remake this they were silent for a very long time then told me that If they remade it it would be exactly the same. Im not going back to Tim Horton again for coffee. And this coffee still tastes very bad.

Depends on the store location.The one in Huber Hgts deserves 5 stars in everything: sandwiches, baked goods and Iced Caps. Two very nice ladies working there. The one on Whipp Rd. is just OK. Not overly friendly depending on who's working. Sometimes out of a lot of stuff. Way too often they tell you they are out of the size drink you want, give the next size but charge you for it. The store in Englewood is the worst by far. Have gone in for breakfast sandwiches and they are out of meat if you can believe that. Three times I have gone in and IcedCaps are unavailable because they are cleaning the machine. Seems like that should be done after hours. And they are always low on baked goods. A very sub par store.

Prompt, friendly staff. Great place for a quick bite. Try the chicken wrap and add chipotle mayo. Tasty coffee mocha too. Far better value than sbx, and the tables aren't overrun with kids on laptops. 😎
