I waited 20 min. For this. Wasted my time. Stole my money. And handed me this. It was to hard to even BREAK!!!!!!
Look closely. That's as burnt as it comes. Break a tooth on that. Never. Ever will be going back. Stole my money!!!!

I am not a big Taco Bell fan. Saying that, this Taco Bell changed my opinion. I live in another town close by but, happened to be near this one. The food was delicious and such better and abundant portions compared to where I live. It tasted fresh. The girls in the drive thru were smiling and very pleasant. With everyone being stressed and short staffed, this alone made the visit worth it. I will not go to Taco Bell in Springfield( never a good experience) but, if I am in Huber Heights I know where I will visit. Keep up the good work.

Let me just start off by saying this specific restaurant is not accepting credit cards at this time which is strange being there is a change shortage and they are not giving change back. So its a lose lose situation from the start. Ordered food, screen was perfect. $21.32 was my total she said. Had exact change for her. Got to window she said $21.10 I still put all change in the cup she handed out the window, still thinking she would give me change since I had more coins then she needed. Nope. Just got the receipt back...no biggie right, it was just a few coins.
Got my food and decided to park next to the restaurant with my daughter. Went to pull everything out of bag and my Tacos were placed in there upside down so everything important fell out. No nacho cheese on any of our 4 tacos which I paid extra for. Asked for no lettuce on a few tacoa and no ranch sauce on our Cheesy Gordita Crunch. That didn't happen either so needless to say we didn't even eat the two Tacos.
So disappointed that they couldn't read the screen correctly.

Service for me has been quicker than other reviews Pulled in on a Wednesday night at 715pm. The drive thru line had 6 cars and orders averaged 2 to 3 mins per order. Only complaint is they weren't selling soft tacos but were selling crunchy tacos and burritos.

This store consistently closes early and never has anything in stock. The staff always use the excuse that they are having “system issues” around 9:00-10:00 PM. We spoke to corporate and they said that this simply isn’t the case. They were appalled when we told them about the early closures. They also are almost always out of stock when it comes to regular items that other local stores always have. This store needs a complete management overhaul.

This Taco Bell is hit-or-miss. Even as far as its hours goes. Some days are open until 2 a.m. and other days they close at 10 p.m. and there is no warning it with that's going to happen. The service is the same you're either going to get great service great food or it's very slow service and your order will be completely wrong. But on the good days we have absolutely no complaints. And their staff is very nice

Genuinely done giving this place second chances. I don't even have a special order or substitutions and food is still often missing. What you do get is slow service and an insulting portion size.
The one on the corner of 201/Chambersburg is just as slow but at least doesn't scam you out of food, and somehow the TB 3 miles away off North Dixie is absolutely fantastic. Amazing how if you don't scam customers, they keep coming back so you don't have to tank portion size to make up for lack of business. Learn from your neighbors.
Would rather go a couple minutes out of my way than get ripped off again.
Obviously the remodel looks nice, props to the contractors on that job doing their best to polish this turd. Speaking of turds, no soap in the bathrooms means it's pretty unlikely employees are washing their hands.
