Mcdonald's

Absolute worse McDonald’s ever. Spent over 20 dollars on 3 meals for sandwiches that have no condiments, cold fries. Worst customer service ever, after waiting forever for food wanted us to drive back up there to wait another 20 minutes for something that should have been done properly the first time. I avoid this location at all costs because of the quality of food figured we would give it another chance and once again disappointed. Won’t make that mistake again.

Yesterday I ordered 4 fish sandwiches, with extra tartar sauce. What I got, was 4 fish sandwiches, with the tartar sauce squirted all around the box. So I took it back in, and showed them. I shouldn't have to wipe the sides of the box, to eat a fish sandwich. The lady took all 4 of the sandwiches back to the cooks, and showed them. And she even said, "make them clean this time." I drove home, and the first sandwich I pulled out of the bag, had no tartar sauce on it at all. So I had to drive 18 miles back, to get that corrected. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on this though. But, Today though, I came back through, ordered 4 burgers, and a 10 piece chicken nugget. And they forgot my nuggets entirely. Once again, I had to waste fuel, for them to correct my order.

I am not sure why but both Davison's McDonald's raised their Ice Tea prices to a $1.49 when their other drinks are still at $1.00. Why?? At first it was just the State rd location and today I went to the one on Irish & Lapeer rd and they are now $1.49. The other McDonald's in the surrounding areas are still charging the same price as their other drinks. Kind of silly

The woman at the window was a little flustered- seemed new, and forgot one of my orange juice drinks and a hash brown. May not seem like a big deal but when such a small meal costs so much it is a big deal to me. I had ordered two bacon egg and cheese biscuit meals with orange juice drinks and a McGriddle meal with a Coke- $24. So yeah I wanted all of the food I had ordered. I will try this particular McDonald's again soon and edit this review if my order is made correctly.
