Sonic Drive-in

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would!!! Yesterday they served me A MOLDED BURRITO!!!!! Then would not answer the phone. This place COULD NOT GET AN ORDER RIGHT IF SOMEONE WAS READING IT OUT LOUD TO THEM.. HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES... Sometimes they won't even answer the drive thru speaker...you have to pull to window and bang on the window....NEEDS NEW...BETTER....MORE GIVE A SH-- ABOUT THE JOB MANGER!!!!!! HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE I HAVE REPORTED THEM...AND I'M SURE NOTHING.... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WILL COME OF IT!!!

Sat at a stall for 15mins and pressed the button twice,no one responded to take my order. Drove up to the drive thru sat there 5mins with no one in line and no one taking my order. Drove back to another stall and waited another 10 mins after pressing the red button. Then I drove up to the window and the girl told me she didn't hear any one ringing in for a order. No apologies just acting clueless and looking clueless. Then I drive by 10mins later after taking my business somewhere else. She's standing outside the door talking to a co worker and sucking on a vape. These kids don't care. Never will I go to this lazy sonic.

I repeated what I wanted on the burger 5 TIMES & it wasn't difficult-pickles, cheese, mustard, ketchup- yet they just couldn't seem to understand this. Prices are getting out of hand - I paid over $6 for a JUNIOR burger & coke (during happy hour)! Not worth the aggravation OR money to go here. If you're craving Sonic, at least go to diff location.
