Del Taco

I have fallen in love with Del Taco. It is hands down the best fast food I have ever tried. Prices are good and they use good quality ingredients. We don't have any where in from so this is what I look forward to every time I travel out of my city. Everytime I go the staff has always been very nice and well trained. For it's fast food model, they produce surprisingly amazing burritos and tacos. This is real food, and not like a Taco Bell at all.

Fast Mexican style food. This particular eatery was very clean, well decorated, and the food came fast and friendly. All the employees spoke clean clear English and knew the updated menu with out looking over their shoulder. To get any better Del Taco would need waiters and serve alcohol. Still has that fast food feel with the open kitchen and giant glowing menu.

One of the best fast food mexican experiences I've had in recent memory. The value menu was legit $1 and under, the quality was great, and dining in was a clean pleasant environment. Hot sauces in baskets at every table is really a nice touch. This Del Taco pays attention to details and I respect that.

Usually the best Del Taco there is on the way to Reno. Unfortunately tonight they close the front doors and there are only two staff members and they didn't seem to know how to make the menu. Five stars every other time except tonight. A shame cuz I bought quite a few friends and we all have to go through the drive-thru. We'll be back again

I waited 8 minutes in the drive through for my food. When I fnally recieved it, two items were missing and my fries were cold! I then had to go back inside to get my two missing items. There were only two employees working on a Saturday at 1:00pm. Close to lunch time!!!! Really!? Oh and i should add that the cook never changed his gloves. He went from the register to the food prep area wearing the same gloves the whole entire time! Eeewwww. I won't be going back

Normally, I love getting their chicken soft tacos and have never really thought about the employees food safety protocols until yesterday. One of the employees who handled my transaction took my order while still wearing the same pair a gloves he had been wearing while making an order. As the employee approached me to take my order I thought surely he would take the gloves off--he didn't. He proceeded to handle my cash and change with his gloves, which at this point I was observing the employee to see if he would take them off after the transaction was made-- he didn't. He then proceeded to start making someone else's food with the same gloves. I then approached the shift leader and told her what had just happened. Only then did the employee change his gloves. I write this review hoping there could be some refresher for the employees about the importance of their food safety protocols. In the end I got my food which was delicious (wish my tacos were warmer though).
