Starbucks

Used the drive thru on my last visit. The line was short and moved along quickly. Able to get in and out without a hassle. During the ordering process, i was able to understand the order-taker. No stress there. Window person was pleasant and courteous. Drink was delicious as always! Nothing beats driving along with a fresh and hot cup of coffee.

I went through the drive thru and the employees were pleasant but the location is not situated in a good spot. The drive thru can back out into the street and crossed in front of the cars exiting. Thankfully it wasn't a very busy time as I can imagine it may become a frustrating task to get your coffee.

This has been my go-to Starbucks since moving to Davis last year and can say this Starbucks is not the one to go to if you are in a rush to get to work/school. Mobile orders are not done when received. There have been roughly 10 different occasions where I placed ordered 10-15 minutes ahead of time because I know this place is busy and I get there, then the drink (yes, singular ONE drink) is not done still. Just this morning, I ordered 2 sandwiches 10 minutes in advanced for my boyfriend’s 1st day of work and it took 22 minutes to heat up 2 sandwiches. Everyone in the drive thru (that came after me) were given the exact sandwich I ordered before me. Their organization and prioritization need work. Now this is the Starbucks I go to when I’m off because I know the wait time is longer than most.

This location is going to be one of only two carry out only stores in the nation. When I ask one of the associates why there were no tables and or chairs for patrons TO enjoy their coffee and egg bites, my favorite breakfast order, I was told by the manager that it was take out only, permanently. The other take out location is in New York. I can't remember where but apparently it's a big deal for Starbucks. Will take out only stores be the trend of the future?

Theres a barista Yolanda or Yulisa, she’s super rude. She’s one of the bigger baristas. I assumed she was just having a bad day but I came in a few more time and she was always rude to someone, a customer or one of her coworkers. It made the whole experience awful. I recommend not going to this Starbucks or waiting till she’s fired.
