I enjoy a good British supermarket. This place has a nice selection. But it is a bit priceier than most. But I left with what I wanted, which is important. I will go back for sure.

Lovely shop; an endless variety of British products that are usually hard to find somewhere else; very nice and friendly people working there. I had a great experience. I recommend this place to everyone who looks for British products in South Florida.

What a jolly experience it was! The staff at this delightful establishment were as warm and welcoming as a cup of English tea on a rainy day. π΅β¨ I embarked on a nostalgic treasure hunt and, lo and behold, found everything I had yearned for from my days living in the UK. From hearty foods to sweet treats, I was on a one-way trip down memory lane.
It's a rare gem, this place, and I'm absolutely chuffed that they've brought a slice of the UK right to our doorstep. π¬π§π Who needs a magic portal to Britain when you've got a shop like this?
Now, about the ratings game, I gave it a solid 4, and here's the scoop: Some of the prices were a tad higher, especially when it came to crisps and chocolates. π«π° But hey, it's like they say, the Queen's wave might be fancy, but sometimes you can find a better deal online. Nonetheless, my overall experience was as splendid as scones at high tea, and I'll definitely be coming back for more UK goodies! π₯π¬π§π

Have driven past this store many times after getting boba tea at Hanji. Was on a quest for a specific British treat and decided to look here. They had it. Picked up a bunch of random chocolates too. The owner was very friendly and had a nice chat. Will be back.

I Attended a baby shower recently. The servers were courteous and accommodating. I enjoyed the afternoon tea with finger sandwiches and english scones etc. Room was small and delightful. My only complaint was the condition of the bathroom that included a toilet seat and rim that was disgusting. The underside of seat was so badly stained with urine like I've never seen before as was the rim. I had to totally clean with soap and towels before using the toilet. The floor was obviously in need of a good scrubbing. Otherwise it was pleasantly decorated. It did give me pause as to the cleanliness of the kitchen as well. His could be a turn off from my return to the establishment.

Went to the store and purchased Figgy Pudding (aka Christmas Cake). Staff was very nice. Many U.K. speciality items, from little Union Jacks to Walkers Cookies (I like the shortbreads in the shape of a Scottie Dog), they have it all.

I took my aunt and my niece here while visiting family in Florida last week.Β
Atmosphere- This is a beautiful room with nicely decorated tables. There is a rack with scarves and hats that are available for anyone wanting to wear them for their afternoon tea. Β We were very lucky to have this room to ourselves. it felt like it was a private seating just for us.
Food- Β Sandwiches were small in number and filling. I have also never had to request no tuna at any of the numerous places I have had tea before because that has never been served. I happen to hate tuna. I guess this is my fault for not looking into what compromised the sandwiches. ( I like salmon) When I called I asked for high tea which usually is the best tea served. When I Β got there I found out at this place that was just a step down from the better tea service. ( Again my fault for not being prepared. this in no way reflects this place) Firstly with this tea the whole table is served a plain black tea. I was fine with this but my companions both preferred a fruit tea. When I asked if my table mates could have a different tea the woman was very accommodating. I said we would pay more for it but she refused to charge us. ( Just a lovely lady) Our scones were probably the smallest I have ever been served. They were served cold ( Most tea rooms serve them warm ) but they were delicious. They made you crave another one. Proper clotted cream and a lovely preserve was also served which enhanced their taste. Β We also received a bowl f strawberries and bananas cut up which was lovely. Β Desserts included a few cream puffs and Cadbury biscuits Β from a tin. Not the best choice for an afternoon tea. I dont know if their Royal tea serves this type of pastries but i would be very disappointed if i paid a higher price for the same quality as this.Β
Service- This is where this tea room redeems itself. The English lady who served us was just as lovely as could be. She went out of her way to find a tea to suit my niece and aunt which was really very generous.Β
Impression- If I ever go back there ( only because I live in Canada) I would do more research into what tea I would be getting. I did not like the quality of the whole tea ( sandwiches, desserts and choice of tea) I had. IΒ would hope the Royal tea would offer much better selections.

Jubilee high tea. Enjoyed a lovely relaxing afternoon with friends for my birthday, the menu was delicious, so many different things to try but especially loved the smoked salmon with cream cheese and the scones were to die for just reminded me of the ones back home, a big thank you to the lovely ladies where nothing seemed too much trouble, will definitely be back :)

Not what I asked for. Why bother deciding on a menu if the staff just throws whatever they felt like making on the table? They dropped off some sandwiches and ran to the back. Such a disappointment. They are completely overpriced for the level of food and service they provide.

I decided to take a quick look in lets have tea room. After buying some things i booked an afternoon appointment with my son and father of child. We sat down.. No menu nothing...big mistake. My son is six years old.. So the lady offered us some tea ..we all accepted.. Then she brought out some small sandwhiches ..tea with jelly..this food was not the best. Then at the end dessert...it was a trap for my money. It was 25 dollars per person ..she never mentioned the price . I got my bill 75 dollars.,I was never servedba meal just these cheap snacksand little sandwhiches..wtf. Im so upset definatly left a hole in my wallet.after noon tea at this price ..no food just snacks.

Mothers Day Brunch/Bridal Shower. This is the second time at Letshavetea. The first time I took my Mom for Mothersday, they had a "special tea" for the weekend of Mothers Day. She absolutely loved it and so did I. Then just recently my Mom booked my Bridal Shower for me. It was a total surprize as I thought she was just taking me there for tea with her again. All my friends and family were there waiting for me and it was really special! The staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. Just as a heads up they do not take walk ins so book in advance, you won't be sorry.

Rip Off!!!. Awful! So disapointed! They charge top dollar as if they are giving you gourmet food and they serve frozen food heated up in a toaster oven!! The "kitchen" is separated by a curtain and you can hear owner/employees talking loudly the entire time! I paid $100 for 3 people to eat heated up frozen hor'dourves from Costco!!!! An there is only one 'flavor' of tea and it's not even good!!!
I would not recommend and never go back!!

Great for all ages!. I took my grandmother here as a surprise outing. We were able to make a reservation for the same day, and were expecting to be the only ones there, but there were two other parties going on when we got there! It's a small room in the back of the British Shop, and it is decorated to make it feel authentic. We were immediately served our tea when we arrived. They have hats, feathers, and necklaces to wear during your experience. The sandwich bread was fresh, and all the sandwiches were fantastic! (Our favorite was the turkey with cranberry sauce.) The ladies serving us were so nice. Please note that the tip is included in the charge no matter the number in the party. (It's just under 20%) I would recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing afternoon out. :)

My mother came to visit from England and I thought I would treat her to a visit to an English Tearoom, she absolutely loved it. The food was good and the tea just like home. The 2 members of staff were very friendly and attentive. They also have a shop selling English food.

Never Again. Please don't go here looking for an authentic afternoon tea experience. If you are looking to play at being English, or something for kids this might be your choice. However, if you actually wanted to have good tea, stay far away.

This is a rip-off. We paid $50 for cheap tea, dry scones, and desserts from a tin. The decor is tacky. The staff are not friendly. There is no selection of teas, only Typhoo tea. The finger sandwiches are crudely put together, with salmon from the tin. The list goes on.

The best thing here was the fresh strawberries and bananas.

We were very excited to have a teahouse nearby, but we will never come here again.
