Our recent visit to BurgerFi in Tower Shops was, as always, a delightful experience. As a family that's found a new home in Florida, it's comforting to know we can always find a BurgerFi nearby. The kids, as usual, were overjoyed with their meals. The child-friendly atmosphere and the staff's warm hospitality make every visit special. Found this restaurant one block from my hotel, and I'm glad I did. Yes, it is a little pricey, but all craft burger joints are. The food was good and the service was good, I have no complaints.
Everytime we go Miguel is working and I get excited because he is so nice. He even comes to get our trays at the end for us. Amazing atmosphere and everyone is friendly. I’ll be back :)
Both the food and customer service were excellent. The girl up front, Marcna, was so sweet to help me when I got confused at the Kiosk. Miguel was also very helpful and nice. The atmosphere was friendly. I'm coming here again!
The food is always great, especially the CEO Burger. The only challenge is the sound of the metal chairs on the cement floor. Otherwise, it's a great place!
We have to say, from the last time we were here in Jan. '23, it's greatly improved. Cleaner and better service. We can say for sure the better service was from your employee Daniel. He was polite and very attentive. Big difference from the service we got 6 months ago.
At that time I would put the food at 3 Stars, now for sure a strong 4 Stars. But the service went from a 2 to a 5!
Big improvement, and it'll deserve a return that won't be 6 months later.

Hello I brought my first date here and the customer service and environment was amazing! The food came out hot and quick the team was more then amazing and RYAN made sure our things came out right and had an amazing time

Food and service was excellent!! Had the CEO Wagyu burger, Large "Urban Style" fries, Red Velvet Cake Milkshake and my daughter had a kids cheeseburger meal. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. Prices are a bit higher then other burger places, but the quality of food and level of service received made it worthwhile. 👍😁👍
This location is always top 5 and gives the best service. I didn’t have to wait long for my food at all and the manager is beyond nice. I don’t care to go to any other location but the one in Davie! 10/10
