Extra grated parmesan cheese for a dollar per salad was NON-EXISTENT.Not even the amount you should get for a regular Caesar salad, on all 3 salads. Don't waste your money. Plus several different delivery fees in addition to tipping.

They got our order wrong. My husband ordered a whole sandwich and soup and I ordered a 1/2 of a sandwich and they over charged us. Other then that, the restaurant was clean. The manager made the over charge good. The food was good.

Some employees are good but others don’t wear gloves, I saw one employee touching hair with gloves on. People in restaurant industry need to be retrained on hand hygiene. I love Panera and can’t happily eat there. Also pastry’s sit out uncovered all day.

Food is reliably good but prices are a bit high for what you get. Issue here is always a lack of people working the counter to take orders. Everytime we come here there's just 1 person at the register and a line of people waiting to place orders. Would be nice if they more reliably staffed the other registers and move customers through more quickly.

Flatbread pizza was not baked well, it was soggy and raw. Vegetables in the salad was wilted and slimy.

Cons:
- No drive thru
- Waited 10 minutes to order
- Waited 20 minutes for food
- Grilled sandwich came out with essentially buttered bread
- A better Panera on all counts is literally 5 minutes down the road. With how long this one takes, you’ll honestly save time going there!

Panera usually has high standards, but this location has some problems. Parking around dinner time is a pain. They don't have sufficient parking and only 1 space for disabled people. While the cashier was good, I had to wait about 25 minutes to get my order. Compared to other Panera locations I have been to, this was excessive. Their food prep and delivery at the pick up window seemed flawed and was slow with lots of people waiting around for orders not social distancing nor wearing masks. Finally, none of the tables had been cleaned up after customers left. In this day of COVID that is irresponsible. I cleaned up a table myself so I would have a place to sit. All in all, this Panera location didn't seem to be at the high standards that other locations show. I will not go here again.
