Chic Soiree Quad Cities

I chose this bakery because it specializes in special dietary requests. The birthday cake for my daughter was incredible! It was moist, flavorful and the frosting the best I’ve ever had. We ordered several dozen cupcakes both vegan and traditional for a reception. Locals requested the name and address for Chic Soiree. She was great to work with and provide suggestions.

The whole experience I had was fantastic. The staff was super friendly. This is a family owned and operated bakery. Definitely had that charm about it. I was given information on how the bakery started, and about the owners son and the benefits of going gluten free for him. It was a truly heart warming story. I would suggest stopping in and chatting with them about it as well as grabbing some delicious treats. During this trip, I ordered some brownies, cookies and carrot cake cupcakes (all gluten free). With that being said I was a bit skeptical on how they would taste. I was not disappointed. The carrot cake cupcakes were amazing. They were better than any flour based carrot cakes I've ever had. The cookies were a bit dry - to be expected from gluten free. The brownies were another hit. I have placed an order for Easter and cannot wait to share with my family this diamond in the rough!
