Gotta be the worse service I received by them tonight. 1 double quarter meal asked for extra onions. Sandwich came with no onions (honest mistake?), ticket on sandwich box says EXTRA onions. 1 big Mac meal, top meat patty looked like it went through a grinder. The meat should have not even been placed in this sandwich, but manager says they make sure food is prepared properly.
Food purchased came with no napkins (multiple occurrence), do we have to pay extra for napkins nowadays?
Called to talk with a manager, spoke with Gracie. She needs to go back to manager schooling. Was rude and every time I tried to talk she would began talking, would never just listen and hear my issue/s with her request. Could definitely tell she was young and had no experience. Only way for them to help me was for me to pack up my food, hop in the car and drive back to McDonald's. Big inconvenience for me considering they messed up. She didn't even try to apologize. Cant believe what employees want for increased wages but can't even make a simple order or know what good customerservice is. I worked at a McDonald's 25 years ago, you would think services would get better after that amount of time but proven it has not. We will get food from business around them before we go back to this McDonald's. If you think I called just to get a free meal, your crazy. I definitely don't need your "free meal", I WANT MY MONEY BACK............

Employees can't pay attention to what you order. Went IN to order in hopes they could get order right. They couldn't. I went thru three sandwiches before they got me the right one. By then, my over salted fries were cold. While I appreciate a fresh cooked "beef" patty, the grease dripping off all over was NOT appreciated. I apologized to one of the employees due to slamming final mistake on to counter a little harder than intended, and made a small mess. Their containers are not as sturdy as they used to be. Only shining light was my orange Hi-C.

Went through the right lane and they wouldn't take my order. After 3 cars ordered through the left lane I left. As I drove past the window on the right lane I yelled to tell them that nobody was taking the orders on that lane. The guy yelled back at me that it wasn't him. I was just letting him know about the problem. That was totally inappropriate. I think maybe the intercom was shut off. But Instead of thanking me for letting him know he clearly didn't care.

Most of the time they are point on this time the fries were way to salty my crispy deluxe chicken turned out to be spicy which I cant eat because of stomach problems so there goes 14.00 down the drain on food I couldnt eat. Told them about it the next time I went in all I got was oh sorry.

Customer service has been really good lately. Every fast food restaurant makes mistakes but the employees here are really helpful when something isn't quite right. Clean too!

Customer service was horrible! I had to go back to the line twice to get what I ordered to be right still wasn’t right , got the window slammed in my face three times ! & the girl at the window yelled at me about an order that wasn’t even mine! Do better!!

Friendly staff and customers. My grandson was treated with a 4 piece chicken nuggets and a ice cream cone. Clean and food was hot and fresh.
