First they knew to sit an adult away from all the families, great start. Appetizers were great and the main course was amazing. The waitress Kiera W, was second to none!

the staffing has going down hill. between the cooks to waiter. the hosts did great to find a clean table. wife and my self got the 2 for 22. two 8 oz steaks meals. nuke warm by the time it was received to the table. Every time we need refills. had to find a different waiter.

Gettin the Halloween vibe with a Dracula's Juice Margarita! The Bourbon Street Steak was excellent! Our servers Alana and Kayla was courteous, polite, and friendly, and checked back with our table several times. A ++

I rarely eat at chain restaurants because it’s almost like over priced fast food. However, I decided to stop and grab dinner ToGo for my family at the Kimberley location one night… We’ve been 5 times since! I love this location and it makes me love Applebees. Food is hot, fresh, well prepared, and seasoned properly. The cooks at this location are doing outstanding and the waitresses are amazing as well. Thank you making such a Great experience Every time we come!

I got the wrong food. We waited a long while for our food. But I felt that the 20% discount on the bill was sufficient compensation. Our server was new but his service was good. Getting the wrong food is not always a deal breaker. Keep up the good work.

Service a little weak, food mediocre. To be fair, the restaurant claims "staffing shortage " and I don't doubt that, but the last two times we went here, the food is just not that good. Entrees were average at best, fries were almost cold, cole slaw terrible--couldn't eat it. We won't be back for quite a while.

Had a great lunch with my bestie. Great service from the time we entered the dining area. Quick and attentive throughout our visit. The food was delivered to the table exactly as ordered. Fresh and hot. All of our “special” requests were perfect. Hats off to the staff and management at this location!!

Stacy was a great server and was very helpful and efficient! She got us in and out quick on st Patricks day with out feeling rushed so we were about to go on with our day! She helped us pick our drink and it tasted good!
