Simple 6 assorted Donuts, But incorrect request I made for each donut desired. It was delivered by door dash which is fine, but when I tried to call store to understand why didn't they read order details requested, the phone kept ringing. Obviously from other people's experiences here, definitely DON'T recommend this Dunkin store.

By far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. First time I’ve been to breakfast food place and they aren’t serving breakfast @ 9am. They had no milk besides coconut milk & the coffee does not taste the best. I decided to stop by considering I was at the gas station next door but i think I’ll stick to Starbucks.

I'm so MAD I just ordered #2477 a hot chocolate and a croissant...OMG. the hot chocolate is just water, how u guys can't notice the machine is dispensing water and not chocolate...? I drove 20 to my work and i notice this....i have not time to go back. Is the second time this week. Worst place ever. Never go back And waist my money with this people.

Terrible terrible service. They will have you waiting forever before even taking your order, without even giving you a greeting so if you’re in a hurry go elsewhere. Then when you approach the window the staff are very rarely kind. And they always without fail burn my bagels. The never stir the drinks so they taste gross when you take that first sip. Never again

In addition to Dunkin's lack luster donuts, we usually receive wrong orders and/or the items are burnt. We don't go here often due to that, but when we are hoping to try it out again, something is off with the order.
We can get bigger, better donuts from Wawa or another store for a better price than at Dunkin.

Don't go overboard with the cream cheese there DD. Don't want to lose all your Net on a satisfying experience. Almost zero "everything" seasoning and a tiny splot of scmere.. Pass on this place!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not support Dunkin Donuts the 7571 Osceola Kissimmee, FL location and the 43450 IS 27 Davenport, FL location both had open signs on with hours of operation until 9pm & 11pm. BUT the doors were locked and the employees were not in sight. There are no signs or indications as to why. When we drove through the drive thru at the second location we asked the staff why the door was locked and why no sign was posted. They said because they are short staffed while when we drove up to the window there are 4 teenage employees standing in a circle chatting.

My first time going to Dunkin Donuts and my last. Stopped by when they opened on my way to work. All the outside lights were off and the drive thru signage was not on and the open signage on front door was off. No lights on inside. Couldn't see a thing at all. I called to ask what their hours were. They said they were open. I went to the drive thru and drove up to the only light I could see, the drive thru window. Asked if they had what I wanted, and an employee actually gave me an attitude because I didn't order at the drive thru menu. I told her "You mean that dark, unlit sign that I can't see back there? She said yes. I ask her if the outside lights worked so customers could actually use the drive thru and she turned her back to me to get my order, gave me my order and walked away. I would have ordered more but, I couldn't see what there was to order and the attitude was really unwarranted. Like I said, I was a first-time customer, and I won't be back.
