We came out for dinner with our family tonight. Food was exceptional amd despite the busy atmosphere, everything came out in great timing. Larissa took great care of us.
I would definetly recommend adding gratuity to these locations. I could tell our server was being rudely treated by a few of the other guests sitting around us for no reason at all. you could see her trying to hide it in, and continue to provide excellent service regardless. Not a way to treat someone who's doing there best, especially during chrisrmas.
All in all, we will definetly be returning before the end of our trip. Was 5 out of 5.

Tonight me and my children had Jack as our servers while visiting for Disney. Jack is phenomenal!!! From interacting with my children to charging my phone in the managers office. It’s been a long time since I been in an Applebees. Thanks Jack.

This is my first time ever at Applebee's. The food was amazing and on point. We had Terrance as our server and he was amazing. He was very polite and before we finished our drinks he had us refills. Hands down the best experience we have ever had at an Applebees! Our server Tony was amazing and very attentive. The kitchen manager Troy is amazing and super friendly. I highly recommend this location over any other.

Food was good. All you can eat boneless wings were a winner with me. Even though my stomach ran out of space before I wanted it too. Everyone else on the table enjoyed their food too.

Always checking we were okay and if we needed anymore drinks (I did to combat the buffalo sauce) or if I was ready for more wings. Such a breathe of fresh air especially in comparison to the service normally received in the UK. Absolute gent.

My family and I ate at this Applebee's today and Shannen was an excellent server!! Even though she was the only server on duty today over a busy Labor Day weekend and my family sat outside, she was very attentive to us. She also had a sunny disposition and just was great overall! She is definitely an asset to this restaurant!

Excellent service. Last night before going home and decided to come in with the family for a quick dinner before heading home. Prompt greetings, fast service, excellent food, great atmosphere. We had Terrance for a server and he's an absolute work horse. Mood and spirit set this dining experience apart for us. Save the best for last they say, this was probably our best experience and dinner in our week vacation out in Orlando. We'll definetly be back around Christmas!
