They did treat us like they wanted us to come back the waitress was super sweet and that's the reaction she made when my wife handed her $100 tip and told her Merry Christmas she was a sweet gal did a nice job thank you God bless you

Great place for brunch, so much food, and so tasty. I had the cinnamon swirl pie with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patty and hash brown casserole. Would highly recommend. Also a great place to shop, I managed to buy some fab Christmas decorations at a great price.

Very busy at 1pm but were seated fast. Meatloaf meal was nice. Biscuits were incredible, best part of the meal. Asked for more and received them, along with jelly and butter. Christmas decor was wonderful.

If you like comfort food, this is the place for you! The food is always yummy and the prices are great. The only problem I have with it is keeping my wife away from the store when we leave, she thinks they have the cutest items. 😉

The visit was made on a holiday weekend Sunday to be exact. We arrived around 12pm. Wait time was 20 minutes. I honestly so not think it was that long.
We said towards the front towards the entrance because we were a party of six. Our server was Shannon, the one spelled on. Shannon was super pleasant. I don't know how that was even possible considering the dining room was jam-packed. We knew that she was super busy so we tried our best to have our order ready when she came to the table.
We gave her out orders and she read it back to us for accuracy purposes. By the time our food arrived we were missing a few items but she made sure all of our orders were correct.
At times we either changed or added something and she still was very patient and an attentive listener which was extremely hard considering there was so much activity going on at the time.
Our meals were all good for the most part except the catfish. It was fried beautifully but had zero seasoning on it. I promise if you add some seasoning everybody would order it.
The store was magical as always. The Christmas decorations are top notch. I was glad to be here.

I have always love to go to different locations to see what they have and enjoy their delicious food. Yesterday was no disappointing. The food was on point. I enjoy every single bite. The general store is the only place I have 4 stars. I have always found it over crowded and it's an accident waiting to happen. Don't like so much stuff in one place.

Went for a late lunch/early senior hour dinner about 3pm. Not too busy. Ordered fried chicken. It was fresh from the fryer; crispy and moist. Their greens are better than those from most bbq joints I’ve been to. The dumplings were so-so. Would not hesitate to have the chicken again. Great for the price point.

Visited on our second night of our holiday, we visited this one last time we came to Orlando years ago, and we're so glad we came back.
The server who seated us seemed super miserable but it's clear she was a trainee. Our actual server was incredible, I can't quite remember her name, she was super helpful with explaining to my sisters who are vegetarian, what they can and can't eat of the menu. Some of the vegetable side dishes still contained meat so this was really helpful.
We ordered the country fried steak and chicken tenders with sides of apple, grits, steak fries, broccoli and carrots. I really enjoyed all of it, everything was well cooked and delicious. My sisters both enjoyed their vegetable plates and my dad had a well cooked steak.
The gift shop is a little more tacky than I remember but still has some cool things to pick up.

You may eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner in an old country setting. All of the plates are delicious. Great service from Gabriela. I love their store which is attached. It’s a great place to find a unique gift.
