Dee was AMAZING! My daughter and I were visiting the States from the UK and stopped off at IHOP for our final brunch.
I had been to IHOP a couple of years ago and wasn't too impressed but my daughter was older now and asked to try it.
I was so pleasantly surprise. The atmosphere was great, the food was tasty and the service was impeccable thanks to Dee! She went above and beyond for us and make our last meal Florida memorable.
My daughter had a delicious lemon, ricotta and wold Berry crepe which was divine and I had the 2x2x2 breakfast. Perfect amount of food for an girl from London who can't handle the big American portions!
Dee is a wonderful lady with the best customer service skills I experienced in the US!
You could tell she really cares and enjoyed looking after others.
Please pass on our gratitude.
I would go back just in the hopes of being looked after by Dee!

Very quick service. Crowded but they work hard to prep tables very quickly.
Unfortunately they do not know how to cook hash browns. White partially cooked (like steamed) potato in the center. We sent them back as underdone got them back burnt on the outside, and still perfectly white and undercooked on the inside.

Service was superb here. Our server Miss Dee was on top of everything from our food to being so involved and interactive with our children.

Restaurant had many large groups. Hostess was working her but off trying to get everyone seated. Bus boy was horrible leaving hostess to clear tables. Our server was great, but others were super slow. One party left because no one ever came to their table. Not in hurry to go to any IHOP after this.

Great breakfast experience here today. We had the plant-based sausage combo with egg whites and protein pancakes and my husband had the senior combo with eggs and really good whole grain toast. The food and coffee were very good. Our waitress was competent and the food came quickly. We would highly recommend this IHOP.

Despite the fact that they were very busy, I was seated quickly and my order was brought to my table in less than 10 minutes after I placed my order. The service was great and the staff was friendly. A very pleasant experience.

Super fast seating. My son and I had a great time, and breakfast was perfect!! I had the steak omelet with cheesecake pancakes. my son had the big breakfast and cinnamon roll pancakes, and he is 10.

Our first time iHop. And it was a good experience. We arrived around 9 and we're immediately seated. The waitress was very kind and we were served quickly. I ordered the protein lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes and they were very good. My daughter had a kids meal with a pancake, scrambled egg, sausage and bacon. What my husband had I cannot remember 🤪, was a comb. Anyway, good food, good service and good price.
