The Melting Pot

First time here and it was amazing. The music, the lighting and atmosphere is warming and comfortable. Carlos G. was our server and he was awesome extremely informative, helpful and down right pleasant. Carlos G. elevated our experience with his jokes and attention to details. I will recommend everyone come to the Melting Pot and if you want a 5 star experience ask for Carlos G. he's the best. It was worth the 1 hour drive I will definitely be back.

S’mores chocolate fondue is to die for, Cheese fondue was great. The main course was fun at first, but got a bit boring after the first 10 minutes. We ended up having to put all of the meat in the pot at once because it was taking so long doing it one by one. definitely try that rosemary drink they have it was yummy

Not worth the price. The portions were so small/stingy and the whole experience was lacking. Bread for the cheese was stale. You’d think they’d fill you up on veggies or sides if they can’t offer that much meat, but even those weren’t much. I also didn’t like that they serve the raw stuff all touching each other. It’s a recipe for disaster and cross contamination. When I asked, the waiter said the salmon was not sushi grade so to make sure it’s well cooked. Even if it’s all meant to be well-cooked, you’d think the meats and seafood would be served separately or at least not touching each other. For example, the raw chicken was served touching the shrimp and the salmon served touching the meat. The whole place needs a good renovation too. We were hoping for so much more from the experience. Would not recommend it.

Had a lovely birthday dinner here tonight. Service was impeccable, the staff was friendly, and the front of the house was very accommodating to birthday requests. The meal was very nice, all the elements came together for the fondue and each course hit the spot. The portions were excellent and we left full but not overly so. Would heartily recommend for a party looking to celebrate something or just to have a nice time!
