I ordered two pizzas online. They offer $3 off a Family Size pizza. For some reason the coupon didn’t work, so I opted to pay in store. Well surprise, the amount was incorrect at the store as well. None of the employees seemed to be aware that their own company offered this discount, (it’s not new). One employee (who seemed to be in charge) questioned where the discount came from as if I was lying or something. Then he proceeded to say “Just give it to him” with a Snotty attitude.

Great idea, but poor results. I'll cut to the chase: Your home oven will never bake a pizza as good as a real pizzaria shop...even my deluxe oven was no match for a real pizza oven, let alone brick/pizza kiln. There's also something very agonizing about going out driving to pickup your pizza, but then you have to come home and spend another 45-minutes preheating and baking it yourself. And if you order more than one pizza, have fun shuffling them around! At this point the only saving grace would be the most amazing pizza you've ever bitten into...but it wasn't. Overall for the price, which equals some take out pizza places, I have to give it a pass.

Tried to order a pizza with just veggie toppings and no cheese (for vegan company). They put on a cream sauce and when we noticed and went back to get veggie pizza without sauce, they were nasty and did not even try to correct the error. Their pizza taste great but the service needs help. When a company makes an error, correcting it and apologizing can go a long way.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. I was getting pizza from this store at lest once a week from when they opened till up to about a year ago. Now I will NEVER go back. The people working there don't care at all about anyone but themselves. My friends have gotten sick from there every single time they get anything from them. And this last time I was there the teenagers working with no management there were rude and nasty to people who came in. They acted like we (the customers) were not welcome and should go away. Then when I finally did get my pizza it was so poorly made that half the pizza had hardly nothing on it. And the chesse on top was not even fully shreded it had big chunks that would not melt right at all. When I asked for it to be replaced I was called a scamer. As if that was not bad enough it was $10 Tuesday n they charged me $16 for it. They are the scamers and I don't think anyone should ever get anything from this place it will be a waste of time.

I used to be a customer of this store but no more. We ordered some pizzas for a family that is going through some tough times and when I got there they didn't give me a receipt. When I called the next day, I was told by the manager (Daniel) that he didn't know how to reprint a receipt from a previous day. I asked if he would contact the owner to have him show you how to do it and he said that he was too busy to contact but he would take my number down. I haven't heard from Billy Bullock, the owner of this store nor have I heard back from Daniel. Daniel also informs me that he always gives receipts. Since I ordered and paid for this over the phone he didn’t give me a receipt when I arrived. Never heard of a store/restaurant not being able to re-print a receipt. I will not be shopping nor recommend anyone to buy from this store. Shop from someone that appreciates your business. This store isn’t worth the 1 star I gave them.

Papa Murphy's in Daphne got my online order wrong. I am too sick to go out and get it so I sent someone else to drive 20 min. to pick it up. Originally we were told to come back and get another one on the house. They then called back saying to bring the other one back which I had already picked most of the tomatoes off and stuck it in the oven because I needed to feed my family something. They didn't provide a receipt. They didn't give the person that picked up my order cheese bread and they put on sundried tomatoes and left off the bacon. I can't do sundried tomatoes. I tried explaining to the employee that she was in the wrong business to be telling people they are wrong. I explained she had an online ticket and that the customer was always right. The emploee named Riley proceeded to tell me, "except when they're wrong." They now have exactly 24 hrs to refund my money for my item that they didn't provide (cheese bread) or I will dispute it with the bank for charging me for something that I never got. We have already talked to the owner who said they "don't do" refunds for anyone. Corporate is also aware of their customer service issue. I have eaten there at least once a month since they opened. Never have I had worse service in a restaurant.
