Waffle House

Stood there for over 20 minutes waiting for the lady to even clean the table, whose long red braided hair not secured in a hat nor a hairnet kept touching the cheese on peoples prepped plates. We usually enjoy coming to this waffle house usually have no problems but tonight was quite different not just my food with every single dish I saw come off the cooks line was burnt my Philly cheesesteak bowl ended up tasting like char the additional items I requested on it came after about 20 minutes later. The waitress was kind, apologetic. I’m pretty sure going forward if it’s the same cook I’ll just turn around at this point VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I've eaten here plenty of times before but this was absolutely awful in terms of service. Our waitress kept acting as if we inconvenienced her. Took our order and didn't call it out until 15 minutes later when the manager walked on the line. Told the table behind us she kept trying to get their order but me asking for a refill is what kept them waiting, and said this within earshot to make sure she was heard by us. We ordered 2 items and 3 drinks. We were not rude, I've trained people as cooks there back in my late teens, if I saw a waitress acting like this I would have pulled her aside or made her clock out and handle the table myself. The food was good but I suspect because the manager cooked it. Hope whatever was this lady's problem is solved because we didn't deserve such horrid service
