We literally JUST left this subway location, and I was so impressed by the customer service of one employee that I had to share. Austin (I believe that was his name) had a fantastic personality from the second we walked in. The renovations were super nice, with the service to follow up. You deserve a raise my man.

Masks being worn below nose while preparing food. The one making sandwiches complained about she had to leave on 15 mins and where are all these people coming from. Her attitude towards customers was rude.
The cashier was too busy talking to other employees about other things besides work and stepping away from the counter to laugh and good off.
Customers were allowed to go into the store without masks....which is against Governors order.
No sense in having such a horrible experience!!

The lemonade was soap and water. We got a combo with one drink and two cookies but they gave us one cookie and a drink, but the food was good.

Worst experience at subway yet. Had to listen to the associate talk about the previous customer qho asked about a bread they have not had in a few years. Unprofessional, the sandwiches were just thrown together WITHOUT any pride at all. Will not be going back to this one
