Cielito Cocina Mexicana

Beautiful open air space, welcoming the California natural light in. I dined alone at the bar, early dinner on a Sunday evening. Cali Mexican inspired atmosphere and menu. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave recommendations based off of my preferred flavor profile. The Pescado Al Pastor tacos were fresh and well seasoned. The house salsa has great flavor and on the spicier side with a smoky aftertaste. Great spot for large groups and a chill atmosphere! The bar has TVs for sports as well! Ample parking available.

Food was fantastic, Atmosphere was quite nice, but the service felt very rushed. We went when it wasn’t busy at all, there were many tables empty, but they were constantly asking asking us if we were done with our food when we were actively working on our plates. Its nice that they were on top of things but it felt like a bit much. We just wanted a little more space and to enjoy our association with fewer interruptions.

10/10!!! I've both eaten here as a two-top, four-top, and even a full buyout. Every experience was wonderful! The food is incredibly, staff are so friendly and attentive, and the drinks are to die for! My wife and I hosted our Wedding Weekend Rehearsal Dinner here a few months ago, with a full buyout for about 150 guests. The whole team was so helpful and supportive with planning and logistics, and on the day of were flexible with some on-the-fly timing shifts (we couldn't get everyone to actually sit down and eat!) The team was SO accommodating of allergy concerns. The bride and some guests have celiac, and there were various vegetarians and vegans, so we had to put together an entirely custom menu. Pretty much everything was gluten-free to start anyways! The appetizers, entrees, and drinks were delicious and plentiful. We are STILL hearing feedback from our friends and family as to how much they enjoyed the evening and how they never had to wait for refills / the next round of drinks. Hats off to the entire team. We will be back :)

This is a healthy choice Mexican place downtown! Cool outdoor area. Too hot to eat outside. Started with mimosas but finished with the Diablo (spicy margarita) cool little Sunday Funday! Wife had the Salmon Salad I had the Chile Relleno👌 All plates are clean and healthy! If you’re looking for big sloppy plates this ain’t the spot!

July 2023 review - different food and drinks - SAME AWESOME Experience! Excellent dinner from Friday Aug 12th 2022 We got the Sangria, watermelon margarita, chef's special fish & chilli releno Food was tasty,. Drinks were super and got dessert we got the amazing churros ! We will be back again to try the other tasty menu options :)

We met for a girl’s night out here. The ambience was refreshing and airy. I ordered a Chicken Piccadillo. The portion size was quite generous. The dish was packed with flavor, and the combination of grilled chicken, onions, tomatoes and spices was just perfect. The sauce was warm and comforting and it left me wanting for more. It paired so well with the rice and beans making for a satisfying and filling meal. Overall a great place for Mexican food.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and fresh. Cocktails and dessert are a must at this restaurant. The atmosphere is nice, the place is beautiful, new and very clean. The staff was amazing very attentive and happy to help with all my questions. Definitely recommend.

The food was delicious, pictures you'll see the Flautas dish, the Chx Salad and the Carnitas. Each was good, with the Carnitas being the best. Likes: modern decor, large open ceiling, outdoor seating. Dislikes: flies buzzing about your food at your table. Service was great, our server being very attentive and coordinated with bus staff.
